If you mean wash them after attaching sparkles with the applicator, the answer is yes. Follow the insktuctions to achieve good attachments of the stones. Not too hot or too long in the dryer. That can make the adhesive soften.

Yes, you cam apply hotfix rhinestones on different types of plastic, glass, fabric, card, etc. and the stones stick well.
