Is this SDHC 32 GB Class 4 compatible with a 3DS XL?

The 3ds xl requires a MICRO sd card, not a stand sd card. This card is compatible with the 2ds and 3ds but not the 3ds xl

I am not sure if it works on your camera. I purchased this for a Canon EOS 1100D camera and it worked. I would suggest you contact the manufacturer for your camera. They might be able to come up with a better answer.
