The best running pliers you will ever buy!
Simply the best! I have been doing stained glass for 7 years now and have an assortment of running pliers, however making deep inside curve cuts has been a serious challenge for me. So much so that I bought a ring saw to eliminate some of the frustration of constantly breaking and recutting the same piece multiple times. However that also takes up allot of space in my small studio and a fair amount of water and set up works well but is more time consuming. Then I saw these in action and decided to give them a try, wow game changer. I cannot say enough positive things about the Silberschnitt Glass Pliers. Yes they are probably the most expensive pliers on the market but much like many things in life you get what you pay for. After many years of struggling with difficult cuts and all the free advice from professionals on how they perform these types of breaks only to be even more frustrated my search is finally over. Do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed and in the long run you will save yourself frustration and money. They are in my opinion simply the best!

high end running pliers
I was cutting glass for years with just tapping the scoring line with great success but after I tried those pliers I realized how much I was missing. Now I’m more efficient, and it if you are cutting inner curves - it’s literally a must! I’m able to cut inner curve with one score line!

Game Changer for anyone who cuts glass. Big thumbs up!
The Silberschnitt Glass Cut Running Pliers BO 700 are a welcome addition for anyone who cuts glass. PROS: - the top rubber tip is adjustable and easy to rotate - works on odd angles were traditional (fixed) running pliers can't reach - makes breaking the glass easy - well made metal and rubber tips - reasonably priced for the quality of the running plier CONS: - can't use on very small/thin width piece of glass - your grozers would be used instead I would highly recommend these running pliers to anyone who works/cuts with stained glass. Big thumbs up.

Amazing
I have been making stained glass for close to 15 years and these things are a game changer. Someone who is cutting glass professionally may not need them, but for a hobbiest who likes to bite off ambitious projects these things save so much time and glass (and therefore, money.) Not to mention I haven't cut myself once since using these instead of having to snap the glass. It also allows for much cleaner breaks than tapping. I can't speak to the longevity, but these are worth potentially having to change the pads every now and then. They feel solid and are easy to control. They would also be great if you have arthritis or any sort of issue that diminishes strength in your fingers, as these take hardly any pressure to use.

Great breakers!
Wonderful glass breaking tool!!! Takes less hand pressure than my old breakers, easier on my arthritis, so I can work longer in my studio. Love how the glass gripping jaws rotate so I can more easily break complex curves. Thanks!

Good quality.
So happy that I found these so much cheaper than some of the other ones offered on Amazon. They’re made by the exact same company, but the price was much better on these. They work great!

Almost excellent.
The Liberschnitt running pliers give you the ability to apply pressure to a scored piece of glass, in the correct direction of the score line. This does seem to help the accuracy of a desired break; therefore, you will waste less glass and save time on your project. It is very well made and sturdy without being heavy or cumbersome. It is comfortable to use despite its rather industrial, plain metal appearance. I believe Liberschnitt might double their sales if they would offer this tool with a slightly more ergonomic, padded or rubberized handle. Also, since these pliers are probably primarily being sold to artists and hobbyists, people who particularly appreciate colors and the appearance of a thing, an offer of various colors would be a nice touch and a smart marketing tact.

Stainglass piler
I enjoy these cutters and the actual piece is well built. It works great to break my glass pieces. I gave it a 4 because I didn't expect to have reorder the rubber pieces so soon. They aren't expensive but would have like longer usage.

Efficace

I LOVE THESE THINGS
I have arthritis in my hands pretty bad. Using "normal" running pliers is painful and difficult at the best of times. Applying the right pressure even with the adjuster is a pain. But these things are just... *chef's kiss*. Minimal pressure required, they do all the work. The only time I wouldn't recommend these is if you're just starting out in stained glass and looking to save money on start up costs.
