I love the worx brand they are lightweight. I only used the sanded 1 time for a few mins and it seemed to work good. I also love the fact that I no long have to mess with a cord

This is the second one that I've bought. The first one is still working but I thought having two would work even better. I have quite a few Worx tools that use the same battery, and now I have two more and the new charger. The unit has plenty of power, speed is adjustable, and changing the different tools is simple and easy. I use one with the random orbital sander and change the sanding pad on the other as the needs arise. These two units have replaced a few different types of sanders that I use in my shop. Highly recommend it.

I've now had this for nearly a year and have a few hours of use with it. In general I like it but there are a couple of issues. I bought this model when my previous, 20 year old, random-orbital sander finally quit working. I already owned several Worx tools so I had batteries and chargers.Pros: Changing out to the different heads is quick and easy, if poorly described in the manual. All of the heads seem to work fine. The round head is most usable for me and it does a nice job of sanding wood with minimal sanding marks. The tool is fairly light-weight and easy to control.Cons: The included 2.0mAh batteries are good for only about 20 minutes each. If you plan to use this for extended periods of time plan on getting yourself additional batteries, probably 5 or 6mAh rated. I purchased a pair of off-brand 5mAh ones and they hold up just fine for over an hour of run-time each. I also have a fast-charger so one recharges while I use the other.The biggest negative for me, one I can't find resolution for, is the all but useless adapter to connect the sander to a dust extractor. The dust port is a thin rectangular shape and the adapter simply will not stay in place. I thought the issue was a mis-cast adapter so I had Worx send me a new one (kudos to the support staff, this was an easy process) but the second one has the exact same problem: even the slightest tension or tug on the adapter pulls it out of the tool. I'm going to need to make a sanding tent for in my shop or else continue to take all sanding outdoors.Would I buy this unit again? Probably not, but I'll continue to use it for now. My next sander will have a standard round dust port on it!

I’ve purchased a few worx tools now and I really don’t have a complaint , and when it comes to this sander I still can’t complain, the thing works good , switching between sanding heads is quick and easy and they all work equally as good

This thing is incredible. So versatile and helpful doing the tedious work redoing my stair railings. But this helped significantly by cutting the time down. The way this thing functions is unlike anything I’ve seen before in terms of installing each accessory. So simple and really smart engineering.

I like the sander but the batteries do not last. I only got a small part of my front door completed before i had gone thru both batteries. The first battery was not recharged before I needed it again. Boo.

It came with 2 batteries and extra sanding adapters for different sanding jobs plus sanding paper discs. The best part is not having to have an outlet to plug into in order to use it which makes it more easier to use.
