Surprisingly good
I was doubtful to purchase this book as you can get so many of Ella's recipes online via YouTube or the newsletter. I also have the previous book, so I figured how many more recipes can the girl have....but my roommate wanted it, so I hit that button and we got started cooking with an unlikely sounding zucchini and tumeric dinner pancake that was surprisingly delicious. I have probably cooked about two-thirds of the book since and everything is very tasty with a lot of attention paid to "up" the protein content in the meals. I cook many more recipes repeatedly from this book than from The Plant-Based Cookbook. Quick and Tasty.

Excellent dishes, family favorite
It does take some stocking up on ingredients to make these recipes, but it’s totally worth it. The easy red lentil dahl is my favorite so far. I like the turmeric latte so much too—who knew?The curries are fabulous. I prefer the Sri Lankan curry which isn’t in this particular book. So far everything I’ve made I cooked again the following week—it was that good. I substitute almond milk because I can’t do oats. Also, my husband likes what I’ve made too, and he usually prefers food with meat. It’s just that these dishes are really that good.

A great addition
I love cookbooks and this one is a joy. My daughter was diagnosed with POTS - similar to Ella- so I decided to give Ella's cookbooks a try. We have really enjoyed most recipes. I haven't been able to master the gluten free baking, like the quinoa bread, but there are so many recipes that we really enjoy. I am slowly adding to my Deliciously Ella cookbook collection.To satisfy the non-vegan members of the family, it is easy to toss in some rotisserie chicken and then everyone is satisfied!

So happy with this cookbook
This could be my favorite cookbook of all time! I first heard about Ella on the Zac Efron Netflix show Down to Earth. I’m not vegan or vegetarian but am trying to add more of those options into my daily life. This book is beautiful, I can’t wait to make this food. I really like how the book is broken up by how long the dish takes to prepare also. I ordered two and am giving one as a gift, I might buy more because I know a few other folks who will love this!

Tasty recipes. Would definitely recommend!
I’ve had the book for 2 weeks and tried around 9 of the recipes. So far everything has been extremely tasty and it’s been great to get out of the rut of cooking the same meals over again. My major criticism is that the instructions are not always clear. And all oven recipes only list the temperature for fan assisted ovens in °F which means I have to try to convert it myself which isn’t always leading to the best results. My copy also had a page where the spacing had indented a section of text randomly. Overall I would recommend this if you’re looking for vegan inspiration.

Amazing for healthy recipes
This is an amazing book if you want to start cooking healthy dishes during weekdays (when you can spend max 30 min for meal preparation). The recipes are easy to follow, they don't require exotic products. Everything is so delicious and healthy. I especially love Ella's dressing ideas. I highly recommend this book.

Great vegan cookbook with great recipes
This cookbook is awesome! The recipes are quick and easy, but also very different from the classic vegan recipes we can find online or in other cookbooks.
