Sealant Remover - 400ml

Needed to release the sealant on a damaged motorhome rooflight to replace it. This worked quickly, turning the very old sealant to what can best be described as chewing gum.

Great product however small tube to direct spray was missing

Where has this been all my life? It comes with a regular spray nozzle and one attached to a thin straw that is VERY EASY to apply with. The straw nozzle also has a handy little area in the lid that it sits in and and the straw clips to for easy storage, no more losing the straw! I was worried that it would spray everywhere, but the stream is very localized and easy to keep where you want it with the straw nozzle. Not only does it remove silicone but it also removes any additional gunk and sticky residue from other things. There is a slight smell but it dissipates quickly and it's not overpowering at all. I was also worried that it would interfere with the application of new silicone but it didn't. I made sure to follow the instructions well and wipe the area really well to remove any remaining fluid and it's worked a treat. This is a must have around the house.

Whoever fitted my old shower screen used a lot of sealant and this product helped a bit, softening it up, but there was still a lot of scraping. Worth a go for sure but not instant.

Very easy to apply and works very well. Patience is key, give it time to work and it does the job very well. I used it to remove a rushed job i'd previously done with some soudal fix-all and it loosened it up really well. After applying the remover and leaving it for a while (2 cups of coffee) i was able to peel away the old sealant with ease

I have not used this yet; the spray extension tube was not with the can. I will not be able to direct the spray accurately. Another review stated this problem but I assumed that was a one off.

Somehow I had managed to get bathroom silicone sealant, in several places on the tailgate of my brand new Toyota RAV4. 🤦 Being as I couldn't perform an outer body experience, so that I could kick my own arse for being so clumsy. 👊😡 I purchased a tin of this product. It said on the tin apply the contaminated area with the spray and wait 5 minutes. I actually forgot about it, so the job got left for about 35 minutes, being as I had a coffee break. ☕ When I returned to the job I was able to completely wipe the silicone sealer off with one wipe of a sponge. PROPER amazing stuff! 😉👍 I read most of the reviews on here before I spent my hard earned on this stuff and I honestly cannot believe how anyone would give this product a naff review? 😲 Listen folks! Dont believe those people ok? Believe me! This kit is the real McCoy! 👌

I’m sure it does what it says on the tin. I was just hoping for a miracle.

Doesn't really do much. You still have to physically remove the sealant after applying the chemical, which defeats the purpose of the product!

Hace su función rápidamente y ayuda mucho a retirar silicona. Igualmente su retirada es laboriosa pero con esto se hace más ameno. He probado varias marca y esta para mí es la mejor. Ganas en tiempo y en esfuerzo. Lo volvería a comprar seguro.
