DD Fixed Front/Rear Sight Combo

This are the best sites you can ever buy for your AR 15 or any other weapon that you own for a really good price and precision shooting when going to the range or any other use as you prefer the sites are made out of good material really light and easy to adjust. Almost no adjustment. It’s needed to use them. That’s how good they are.

These are hands down the best fixed irons you can buy. Very sturdy. Top notch materials and workmanship. They’re Daniel Defense and live up to the name.

Have to admit it’s been decades since I shot irons in the USMC. Normally my uppers have come with back-ups to include very nice sets from Knights. They normally get checked and then folded to remain peacefully for years with an optic sitting above them. Bought a very nice upper last week that came without irons. Did a bit of research and admitted the concept of them being already “up” if it ever came to really needing them made sense. These got excellent endorsements from guys online including some SOF guys. They came very quickly, and passed the authenticity test easily. These aren’t knockoffs, airsoft, etc. Easy to install as one would expect. Lockup on the rail nice and tight and offer a great sight picture. Some have complained that the rear lacks an elevation adjustment. No issue for me. I’m going to monkey with the rear’s windage and the front’s elevation for a 50 yd zero and never touch them again. Very pleased with the product and the vendor.

Very nice set of iron sights. I bought them for two reasons over other very nice sights I was considering. First, because they are metal and very strong. I have a Daniel Defense AR-15 and a DD AR-10. I like the idea of systems engineered to couple. So I felt a DD iron sight system would work well with a DD rifle and I was right. However, they don’t collapse out of the way, so I switched the use in order to use my optics. I didn’t have access to optics in Vietnam but now that my eyes have gotten weak it has forced me to become familiar with optics. I didn’t think I’d ever see the day I favored optics over irons, but that day is here.

What can you say? It’s Daniel defense. Expensive? Yes. Reliable? Yes.

I receive the sights and I was very skeptical and upset reading the other reviews waiting for a Chinese knock off, well I’m happy to say that this is an original DD product!! The patent number is different than the one seen on the DD website but after doing some research I was able to check that both patents are associated to DD. The product came in its original package with no defects.

Its a bit expensive but acceptable for the quality control. Probably just me but sight picture is more comfortable? intuitive? (Compared to competitors' flip up sights). Looks will deceive - these are light weight. They look thoughtfully cut it to reduce mass while maintaining structural integrity.
