Worked as it should and was a direct fit. Saved a lot of money by not buying from a parts store

Purchased to replace the passenger side running board motor on a 2011 Lincoln Navigator. Part was an exact fix and functioned properly. Removing the old part was not really difficult, but it is a little difficult separating the motor from the board. After I removed the four main bolts that attach it to the vehicle and the two smaller bolts that attach the board, I used a rubber mallet to knock the old motor back and forth until it fell off. Installing the new motor was a breeze. Note: if your vehicle has a rod connecting the front and rear brackets, this does not fit. My Navigator does not have this rod and it fit properly.

Perfect fit. Less than 30 minutes to change out. Works as if it is brand new. I highly recommend this to fix slow or non-working auto-deployed running boards.

I was unsure of how this would work long term. Now that it has been on our 2015 Lincoln Navigator for over a year. The part has held up well. For like the OEM and was really not that hard to install. I would say if you need it. Worth not paying the dealer the 2000+ dollar range they have to fix the boards. This did the trick and was worth taking a gamble on. Happy with the part and how well it has held up.

A great product that fit my car immediately. I tried replacing just the motor, that never worked well, these went in smoothly and work like new.

This product was a direct install for our 2015 Expedition Limited. Installation went well. If you’re needing to replace( or are wanting to) the bracket, ensure it’s in the open position before working on it. You can connect it to the electrical connection and function it open, because mine came closed. Good looking all around product, and it worked perfectly after install. Plus, it won’t break the bank compared to the dealership.

I installed this on my 2010 Expedition on 5-3-2026 and it works quite well so far and my 5'4" wife lives them ! I only gave it 4 stars because the holes where the running boards bolt through were drilled about 3/32" off and had to oblong the holes slightly to get them to fit. That modification wasn't difficult and only took 10-15 seconds to correct. I will revisit this review in a year or so and give an update then. If it lasts 1 year, I'll give it the full 5 stars.

Exactly as advertised!!! Arrived on time and well packaged, 3 separate boxes. Installation was easy only took me about 3o mins to remove old damaged motor and install new one. Hopefully it lasts longer than a couple of years.

Installed correctly and the motor does not operate properly. Appears to not have a full stroke on the motor. How can this be returned for a good one?

This is the exact same part that fits the 2015 and newer Expedition/Navigator except the plug. Just cut and rewire the old plug on. Wire color codes are the same and everything.
