Works As it Should
Short version: All functions work including Blind Spot as expected - direct replacement for OEM. You don't need to remove door panels to install.Long version: Bought a used 2014 Cayenne and noticed afterwards that one window button in the driver side panel was broken. Shortly there after 2 more broke and the driver side window switch came off completely. The others worked but where sharp plastic after the silver broke off. Took a picture to make sure I bought the right one (mine has Blind Spot monitoring switch). Took a couple weeks to get here.Another poster indicated you can remove the old without removing any door panels. (Thanks!). That poster is correct. I used two trim removal tools with long tapers and pushed them in on the same side furthest from the door (two clips per side). I expected the old unit to lift out but it did not and when I removed the tools it wouldn't come out but I noticed it was loose at the back clip. I repeated focusing on the front clip only and when I pulled the trim tool out the unit lifted out easily. Basically, the trim tool broke the clips holding it in. No big deal since I was tossing the entire unit. You can deduce where the clips are by looking at the position on the new one.The connector has a small tab to release and the cable is short so it takes a little figuring how to hit the tab but in the end was easily doable.Total installation time was about 5 minutes.Plugged the connector into the new unit and pushed the unit into the opening until it clicked. All buttons function as expected. Auto up/down and manual up/down. Mirror adjustment/mirror fold. Didn't try rear window lock function but assume it works. Rear window shade function worked as expected.Worth the money and my fingers aren't in pain from operating the window anymore. Will update if unit fails or otherwise exhibits issues.

Crazy Good Deal...
TL;DR...the switch is exactly like the OEM.Read on if you want. I loath knock off’s and reverse engineered parts from China. But I also hate getting absolutely gouged for OEM replacement parts where tooling and design costs have been recovered by many magnitudes. I bought this switch because it was so cheap, it was worth the risk. Besides, going off of memory, an original is between $300-400. That’s ridiculous. When I opened the box, it appeared to almost exactly like the original. Almost; the images on the switches are ever so slightly different (only a few)...let me emphasize, ever so slightly different. The fit is exactly as original. The function is exactly as original. Folding mirror functions and side traffic warning functions were formerly hard to find, but this has them.Buy with confidence.

Works sometimes
Only after 2 months the driver’s window button only works sometimes. I have to play with the switch for a few seconds to roll the window down or up. For the price I still think it’s still a pretty good deal considering the cost everywhere else.

Lasted a bit longer than the warranty. And no longer. Crappy customer communications.
This switch lost one of the chrome bits just a bit out of warranty. I contacted this vendor to see if they could provide me with a replacement chrome bit and was told I should have it serviced locally. Since they did not give me any way to obtain a replacement chrome bit this was obviously impossible. We had a few ongoing messages, with me asking about obtaining the chrome bit (and I was willing to pay for it) and them replying with platitudes and silly stuff.I finally ordered an entire replacement switch assembly from one of their competitors who was cheaper. We'll see how that holds up.Meanwhile, I'd suggest avoiding this vendor. They are NOT responsive to customer inquiries even when there is an obvious product defect.
