Did you end up buying this? My father is paralyzed and I am wondering how it worked for you. Will it focus on him in the room without him walking around? Or does it only focus on movement to find the caller.

I'm not sure about USB. But you can set it to pull from any of your photos on FB. I have an album that I add pictures to and it pulls them from there. It is very easy.
