Great product

I have installed hundreds of these over the years. The beginning they were a cheap flight that was very easy to install. They fail after about one year and you will replace all of them on a horizontal surface and 50% on vertical surface. They fell where the flat part meets the tubular part. If you run a bead of silicone around the rim before installation that might prolong the life and solve the issue with these lights.

The deck lights are great. I do however need to get replacement lights not the whole kit this time. Where oh where can i just get the lights?????????????????

one season and most of these are shot. the color fades and the light part warps. it doesn't happen to every one but probably 40% of them. these aren't cheap so i wish the quality was better.

As others have mentioned these do age quickly and/or burn out. I have had them on my deck this is the 3rd summer, I have them connected to a light switch so I can turn them off during the winter when not in use. I have still had to replace around 1/2 of them on my deck. We bough an extra set 3 years ago when we built the deck and I am now down to 2 extra lights and need a 4th, light sensor as the I have another one out after already using the extra one I had. These are not cheap but when they are on and the lights bright they do look very nice. I am looking at some others to replace these rather than continuing to buy set after set of these, but I am limited since I drilled my decking to install these.

Love em, but need a new photo cell. With...they'd be perfect.
