I'm gaming in a basement. Will this take out the echo or whatever crap is making it hard for people to hear me?

This is just a cap that goes over your mic to take out the sounds of "p" "t" and a few other letters. If it's echo in your basement, try putting down some rugs, putting blankets on the wall, it sounds crazy but it will cut down on reverb and how much the sound bounces off the walls. *Source - am an audio/video student

Will these fit a razer kraken usb headset?

I use these on 1/4 inch diameter microphones and they fit quite tightly for that. They can stretch a little bit. The hole is about 1 inch deep.

Will these fit the AKGWMS45 headset mic?

yes...if you are talking about the typical over the head type used for land line phone calls. I use it as a fitness instructor at 24 hour fitness and find them to be perfect.
