Sven & Son Harmony Adjustable Bed Base, Head and Foot Lift, Massage, Under-Bed Lights, USB, Memory, Zero Gravity Smart Frame - King

This has to be one of the most sturdiest adjustable bed frames I have ever had. Right now I have a total of four different adjustable bed frames in my house and this one is by far the best. I definitely feel that you get a high-quality for a fair price. The base is quite heavy, so I do recommend having at least a spare set of hands to help you unboxed and set up. The actual set up is very straightforward and very simple. It’s almost a plug-in play style. I’m also a huge fan of the interchangeable height for the bed. But I’m even more of a fan of the fact that you can get a full foot of height, without sacrificing rockiness of poor quality legs like I have on other brands. I do find the massage function a little less and some other brands but it’s not a dealbreaker. I mean for me the best selling feature was the adjustable neck position. The only other thing that could’ve came with would’ve been a lumbar support. Which I know they make for queen and king size beds. I just wish they had it for a full or twin.

I wanted to have and use this bed for a few months before writing a review. I have had it since February and I love it. It is very sturdy and all the controls work perfectly. I have it placed on a platform bed frame and have had no issues. Know that if you choose to put this on a platform bed, you will have to move your nightstands forward to be able use them once the head is raised. This is reportedly not the case if you use a traditional frame and the provided legs. I also suggest that you use something under the platform to help with the weight, (I have the king bed), I used four heavy duty milk crates, one in each corner, to help carry the weight. Again, this bed is very heavy. That said if you plan to set this up yourself, you need to have a clear cut plan, or in place of that, a few friends to help. I paid to have the bed put into my garage so that I could work out a plan of attack. The bed frame itself is mostly completely assembled but I knew there was only the two of us, (two women), who would be setting this up the rest of the way, although it took us about an hour including a few breaks to strategize, we got it moved into the house and setup without injury. I am overall completely happy with my purchase, this bed has helped me sleep comfortably and as a result much longer than before. Hopefully it will continue to work as flawlessly as it does now, and I will get a lot of years of use out it.

This adjustable bed base might be the best investment I have ever made!!!!! I was hoping not to spend so much money but it has been worth every penny so far. It has ALL the bells & whistles you can get in an adjustable base after months of researching many, many other brands. I love how you can elevate the head, the feet and even have the pillow tilt to make sitting up much more comfortable and supportive, especially to watch TV or read. I wanted a king base and this was one of only a few companies that made a full king base, not a split king base so that was a big selling point for me. I have a very bad back and when I’m in a lot of pain I lie on the bed and put myself in the zero gravity position which gives me instant relief. I love the massage functions with various modes and speeds, the one button push to flatten the base back to a neutral position, the under the bed lighting and the USB ports to make life a lot more convenient. I find myself not wanting to get out of bed much because this base makes lying down to relax or sleep that much better. Do yourself a favor and buy this!!! My first review was 'squashed' by the Amazon overlords because I was apparently overtly rude. Oops, my bad. When you read this 'entire' review you'll know why I was so angry. So, here goes the second attempt! This review will break down in the following 3 TRUE AND FACTUAL categories - 1. Order/Delivery (including my research) 2. Customer Service 3. The actual Product. If Amazon strikes me down for telling the truth about the ENTIRE PROCESS OF ORDERING, RECEIVING AND USING THIS PRODUCT then they apparently only want warm and fussy less than honest facts. Preface - My wife and I are cautious buyers so we do our research before buying - especially on high priced products. I did a significant amount of reading online and YouTube testimonials when searching for a mattress and bed frame to replace the miserable mattress that was eating our backs alive! I decided on the Layla non-hybrid mattress that offered both a firm -and- less firm side. Thus, we had two shots at a comfortable mattress; smartest move ever. The Layla was PERFECT especially for side sleepers. And I decided I wanted the Sven & Son adjustable frame for it's quality reviews. I opted out of the Sven & Son mattress because I just could not get a sense of what was firm, medium or soft because that is so objective. If you read comments on the mattresses you'll understand what I mean, that said, reviewers universally liked the power bed frame. Decision made. 1. Order/Delivery If you check out both Amazon and the Sven & Son sites regarding their products you will find that if you order 'direct' through Sven & Son you pay a bit more but work 'directly' with Sven & Son themselves. But, if you order thru Amazon you have a middle mad, if you will, that is Sleep Geeks and all returns or warranty issues go through Sleep Geeks. That gave me some pause, but I decided to order directly through Amazon for the price advantage and because Sleep Geeks had several favorable comments from buyers...you'll find I do too! After hitting 'order' on Amazon my next communications were with Sleep Geeks. Every single email and call I had with Sleep Geeks from the first to last was VERY PROFESSIONAL and polite! I even reached them on 3 consecutive Saturdays! Wait, what? Why did you reach them on three consecutive Saturdays? Why, because the INEPT shipping service failed to deliver the adjustable beds - not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR TIMES! Technically they delivered on the fourth delivery date....30 minutes late...and one box was damaged! Throughout the annoying process NO HUMAN from the shipping company EVER CALLED ME in person to ask when I wanted the items delivered. Instead, I received text messages stating I'd get another text the night prior giving me a 4 hour window. Needless to say Sleep Geeks felt my frustration on every single call and they also did everything possible to find a solution asap. If I note the name of the shipping company Amazon will probably squash this review - again. End result of all that is, given the positive product review I'm about to give, I would order this product but I would have conversations with Sleep Geeks regarding your desire to speak to humans that give 'you' the choice of day and date delivery!...and that they show up. 2. Customer Service Sleep Geeks provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Answered phones promptly, always polite, professional even given my utter frustration and anger over missed deliveries. They answered all my questions and immediately, never gave me the run around, and addressed all my concerns as promptly as possible. Trust - Sleep Geeks are good people - have no fear. 3. Product As I noted one of the boxes was damaged so I almost returned the order, but Sleep Geeks assured me that I could note 'damaged' on shippers receipt and Sleep Geeks would repair or replace if there were any issues. I'm glad I just kept the order. The product is heavy, 2 men could carry in house easily, but since it was just my wife and I we simply and slowly 'square wheel' rolled it from garage to bedroom, no worries. We pulled the beds out of the box, followed the simple instructions, do that and the bed will be in place in just a couple minutes! Save yourself time, use the bed leg extenders, you'll need them to achieve a standard bed height. Note we're nearing 60, if your older you might want to consider grandsons or the white glove set up service. The bed is AWESOME (so far) our version is the twin XL with head tilt, message and under bed lights and USB ports. Hands down the BEST mattress / bed scenario we've EVER had! The message has multiple settings for multiple body locations and is GREAT! It does auto of after like 10 minutes but I think that's a good thing. The bed frame is sturdy, firm, no wobbling, the electronics seem quality. Zero Gravity is great and my wife can finally sit up and read without one of those nasty back pillow things. We have found that sleeping flat is not desirable with this bed, we actually raise the head of bed a touch as well as feet. You'll find the right combo for your need. As side sleepers the 'hip pointers' ache every morning is gone! One note on electronics, the bed does require two 9 volt batteries (4 for the 2 twin XL frames), given the price I thought those could be included; luckily I had 4. Please note the battery compartment is pretty tight so you'll have to noodle the wires a bit to get the thing to close. Also, the remotes do light up in dark if you tap a button, it just doesn't stay illuminated long enough to find the button you want. SO......Would I buy these adjustable again, Yes. Do I think this is a quality product, it seems to be so far. Does the 5 year+ warranty offer another reason to by this bed frame, it seems to so far. Would I suggest that 'you' buy this product, absolutely! Noting of course my concerns within the review. Would I want the same shipping company, uh NO!!! I left a lot of my anger regarding shipping company and their miserable customer service and tried to base my review on the entire process from researching a choice to receiving and using the product I chose. I spent a hot minute reworking this review...I'd appreciate if it be posted. Thanks.

So far so good, getting these heavy bases up the stairs was the biggest challenge. Putting them together was easy and straightforward. Very quiet motors and everything works fine. This from SleepGeek. I asked how long is the warranty on the motors. “The motors are fully covered under warranty for the first 2 years. Please let us know if you have any other questions. It arrived by freight carrier and its crazy heavy like 241 pounds so I suggest getting a few young muscle bound bulky men to move it. Cause it's a monster very well built I was impressed. Me and a friend moved it and it's quite a job. Assembly was simple and easy it works great, I paired it with a 15 inch serta mattress and the massage feature actually works better than I would of thought, the zero gravity is nice also I use it when watching TV. In all I am completely impressed for the money. I would highly suggest this adjustable base if you are in the market for one. and a couple muscle men to move it. LOL.......

It's been seven months since I bought this adjustable bed frame, so time for a review. I spent many hours scouring other's reviews and chose Sven & Sons and they did not disappoint. They warned it was heavy, which of course it is, but my son and husband were able to maneuver it just fine. I had expected there to be more work involved with assembly and there wasn't any. You pretty much just attach the power cord and screw on the legs! I freaking love my bed. I do. I have fibromyalgia and would wake up with so much pain, but a better mattress and this adjustable bed have been immensely helpful. I love the many features, head-tilt helps when I'm watching TV, and the flashlight on the remote helps when I accidentally flip my phone onto the floor. The massage is more a vibrating bed scenario but that feels great. My favorite is the zero gravity feature. After a full day on my feet its a lifesaver. Hint with the remote - There is a loop on the bottom for a good reason. Get a very large, bright colored item to hook onto there because you WILL lose your remote in your covers frequently! I have a 4 inch fuschia pom pom attached to mine. Its impossible to not see. ;) Also makes it easier to grab. I fully recommend this adjustable bed with zero reservations. Ok, maybe one. The buttons on the remote are a tad sensitive and the massage buttons are near the bottom. Sometimes I grab the remote and turn on the massage and scare myself. lol I never leave reviews but I'm about to buy a bed for my son and thought I'd revisit Sven & Sons because I've been so pleased.

You get this in the mail, open the box, screw in the legs by hand, flip it over, throw your mattress on top, plug it in the wall and bam you’re ready to go. That’s it. I’m 41 and I thought these were only for old people!!! Lol we’ll turn on Mattock and murder she wrote and que the Mash theme song because I been sleeping like a baby with this thing!!! All I need now is an AARP card, a life alert necklace and a clapper!! This bad boy is the truth! It’s one of those things that you don’t know how you lived without it. Especially if you watch a lot of TV in your bed. I suffer from sleep apnea and having the ability to lift my head up just a few inches. I still play basketball a few time a week so it’s nice to raise up my legs when they’re sore. I freaking love this thing! Especially paired with my memory foam mattress… I’m a stomach sleeper and this will convert you to a good back or side sleeper! If you have a partner get the split king!! Trust me!!!!
