Not the best. UPDATE
Updating original review: The company saw my complaints with the cheaper thermometer that they refunded and had me try out the bigger one. It is MUCH better than the cheaper one! You can tell it’s more accurate (tested both and the larger one was a .45°F difference) and it’s easier to turn on with the button being larger and on the top of the thermometer rather than the side (easier on my carpel tunnel). Plus you can actually see your temperature with the light up display without having to put the thermometer under a light like the old one. Definitely worth spending a bit more money. I’m giving the product and the company 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. Old review: I got the cheaper one (not big display) and I’m regretting it. The cheaper one is very difficult to turn on. I have to press the button with my nail and numerous times to get it to finally turn on. The battery is fine and it measures my temperature, but turning it on is the reason I’m giving it 2 stars. I have carpel tunnel and it hurts to repeatedly press a hard button. Since it’s not much money I may just toss it and buy a different brand.

Works great and if not warranty/service is great
I have bought this 2 times. The first one lasted 3 years, and maybe it would have gone longer if I hadn't lost the replacement battery - but alas I bought a new one instead. The new one worked almost identically for just over 3 months, and then started acting up. Obviously amazon return was out, and the manufacturer says 100 days full refund, but I was about a week over that when it quit. Given it also has a 2 yr warranty and I had used the other one for 3 yrs, I emailed the manufacturer and they quickly got back to me. They suggested a trouble shoot and offered id it didnt work they'd mail me a new one. The troubleshoot didn't work. After letting them know they immediately sent me a replacement without any struggle. I am impressed. So while my 2nd one did have issues, I give this 5 stars for history and a company standing by their warranty. The thermometer measures fast and accurately. The Last feature is nice.

Memory function is not intuitive
I got this thermometer to start tracking my BBT. I compared the results with my high quality forehead scan thermometer, which only reads to one decimal point, but they matched each other. That felt reassuring to me. It’s easy to use; you simply push the button once and release it to turn it on. You can use it orally or I think also rectally. I had remembered reading in the Amazon description that it had a memory function which I was actually really looking forward to because I’m really forgetful. On a previous stick thermometer that I’ve had, the memory function was automatic and the previous temp stayed on the display for a few seconds when you turned it back on again. However on this one, you have to push and hold the button or something. I can’t really remember right now, but I had to go back and read the instructions in the box to figure it out. Honestly a very minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of life, but, the one thing I really wanted aside from getting a two-digit-after-the-decimal-reading was the memory function. My other complaint, and this one is significant to me, is that the screen is tiny and not backlit, so when I take my temp as the very first thing I do in the morning, I have to turn on a light and grab my glasses in order to try to read it. I find myself squinting desperately and getting frustrated at trying to read it. For being as inexpensive as it was, it’s definitely decent. It does a very basic job without any pageantry; it appears to be accurate and it’s relatively quick to give you a reading.

Lasted less than a month
*update- seller reached out and not only offered me a full refund, but replaced my thermometer* I just barely missed my return window. Not sure if it was just a lemon or if they are all like this, but the battery didn’t even last a month of use. The button was always really hard to push. I tried to change the battery this morning and it was so hard to wiggle in and out and when I finally got the new battery in it wouldn’t turn on either. Pretty disappointed. Even when it was working it was subpar at best. Hard to read numbers in dim lit settings. I had to turn flashlights or overhead lights on to see.

First One Inaccurate, Second One Accurate for Days
I loved that this thermometer was inexpensive for basal temp tracking. I thought it was great because I didn’t know if I’d even want to keep tracking, so I didn’t care much outside of the cost. That being said, the thermometer is great if you’re just looking for a quick temp to chart a pattern, not so great if you’re looking for accuracy. Since my original purchase, I’ve purchased other basal thermometers that will give close temps to each other but will give a whole degree difference to this one. If all of the others are .05 to each other and this one is going in the left field with a 1.00, I’m gonna have to call shenanigans on the “accuracy”. Overall, the temp comes up quick, the display is easy enough to read, and it was easy to clean. It was not physically comfortable to use, especially in my mouth. I wouldn’t buy it again, but if you’re looking to dabble there are worse options. EDIT: I changed my review to 5 stars. The company reached out to me and offered a refund, but they also offered me another thermometer. The new one is just as accurate as the most expensive basal thermometer I have while the original thermometer I had ordered is still inaccurate. There must have been something faulty with the first one I received.

Easy to use, great customer service
I was able to try both thermometers, so here's my feedback that will hopefully be useful for the next person. I originally ordered the thin thermometer but there was an issue so then I tried the one with the bigger screen. If I had to choose between the two, I would prefer the thin thermometer. The thin thermometer is your regular, basic bbt thermometer. To use, you turn it on, it beeps, then stick it under your tongue, all the way to the back (on either the right or left side), when you first wake up in the morning. It's best to have at least 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep for the best accuracy. Then it beeps twice, and then you can remove it from your mouth. You would then log your temp and the time on your bbt chart. If you wake up and it's still dark, you'll need to use a light source like the light from your phone screen to see the numbers. You can also just read your temp later on in the day when you're more awake because the thermometer remembers your last reading, but be sure to note the time that you took your temp. The bigger screen thermometer is more for someone who prefers to read bigger numbers with a backlight. You won't need a light source to see the numbers because it's already built in. The beeping sound is also louder. I wake up early when it's still dark so I did find the backlight blinding and the beep startling when I'm still groggy from waking up first thing in the morning. To resolve the light issue, I just flip the thermometer down. I haven't found a fix around the louder beep yet. Hope this helps!

Budget thermometer
Alright, fellow bargain hunters, let's talk straight about this budget thermometer – it's not all sunshine and rainbows, folks. In fact, I'd go as far as to say it's a bit of a headache. Sure, the price tag might catch your eye, but don't let it fool you. This thermometer is about as user-friendly as a Rubik's Cube in the dark. From wonky buttons to cryptic instructions, getting a reading can feel more like deciphering ancient hieroglyphics than checking your temperature. And let's talk accuracy – or lack thereof. I've had more reliable results from guessing the weather by looking out the window than using this thermometer. Whether it's wildly fluctuating readings or just flat-out wrong numbers, you're better off flipping a coin to determine if you've got a fever. But wait, there's more! The build quality leaves much to be desired. It's like they took the flimsiest plastic they could find and slapped a thermometer label on it. I wouldn't trust this thing to survive a light breeze, let alone the rigors of daily temperature monitoring. In conclusion, while the price may be tempting, I wouldn't recommend this thermometer to my worst enemy – let alone a friend in need of an accurate temperature reading. Save yourself the frustration and invest in something a bit more reliable. After all, when it comes to your health, there are some things

I like it
Updated review: customer service for this product is top notch. They really wanted me to be satisfied with a thermometer and solved my issue. The second thermometer listed does have a light (with the larger screen). I got it 4 stars because of two reasons: the light stays on only briefly so you have to look kinda quickly, and this could be user error but there have been a few times (with each thermometer) that I thought it was ready my temperature but after over a minute I take it out and it’s just off. All in all, it’s precise to 2 digits and works for what I need! Oh, one more thing, the beep has woken my husband, so it’s not super quiet. Not a problem though since he’s usually awake before me anyways. And I like the case it comes in! Original review: I mean…I works…but heads up - there is no LED light. I know it’s supposed to be able to recall your last recording later but honestly it prefer one that has a light for easy reading without turning the room light on

Allows °C and is reliable
Using for Basel temperature. It does take up to 60 seconds to get a reading as it’s more precise, so bear with it. It was set to F first then was able to change to °C. Saw good and bad reviews and the overall great rating so gave it a try and happy with it.

Themometer mit zwei Nachkommastellen
Funktioniert wie ein normales Thermometer, zeigt aber 2 Nachkommastellen an. Wenn die Genauigkeit stimmt gibt es nichts negatives.
