I waited to write a review until I had the chance to install and use this awning. Ths company has great customer service. The roller had a defective section. The company quickly delivered a replacement part. No hassles. You must use their e-mail address and be specific about your needs.I am enjoying the awning. I assembled it myself. The instructions are a bit confusing, but it does make a strong effort to inform. I had a friend help me with rolling the fabric onto the roller and attaching the final assembly to the house. It went smoothly. I recommend being patient and taking your time with assembly. I am pleased with the results.

This product was delivered very quickly. Fabric is sturdy, exact to size, took approx. 1 (one) hour to set up. Everything needed is included with clear, easy to understand instructions. Works like a dream.

I really liked this and it works great, perfect for my small deck. My only issue was finding someone to install it which isn't the fault of the manufacturer. I hired a handyman and he said the directions were not that easy to understand and he finally went online to watch a video and figured it out. Then the next morning due to it's weight and how he hung it, it fell off the house. Then he put it together wrong and ruined the front bar. He claims he tried to get a replacement and had no luck & while I waited for him to buy me a new shade I emailed the company myself....They responded immediately and sent me a parts list and replaced the parts for free and they were at my house within 3 days. The company was so great about helping me. A neighbor and I replaced the parts ourselves and now it's in perfect condition. It's a great little shade for the price. I recently changed the deck floor to composite materials which gets blistering hot and this keeps my dogs and I cool and also keeps the kitchen from getting so hot by blocking the sun.

Awning looks great! Installation was a breeze.

The product itself seems very good. My issue is once I built all of the framework for the canopy, and unfolded the canvas it was ripped. I cannot complete the install until a new canvas for the awning has been received. I do not feel I should have to take everything apart to return. I would appreciate a new canvas be shipped instead of a full return of the item.

The media could not be loaded. I did not like the instructions. They helped but can be hard to understand at times. Searching for possible how to videos will helped me with assemble and install this Mcombo 13 x 7 sun shade.One person can totally handle assembly - if you have basic handyman skills you will be fine. Looking at the pieces you can intuitively see how this sun shade should go together. The pieces are long and heavy so that is another aspect to consider. The instructions say use 2 people to install it using a ladder and I agree.My biggest challenge was finding the studs. If you are going into studs you will need to use lag bolts and washers.The end result is great! The sun shade handle cranking operation works just fine and the unit installed looks pretty good. If you have any issues contact the company. They have a responsive customer service. I would recommend this product as long as you are up to the assembly and installation. If not, hire someone.
