Very good pasta. Others mess with my stomach this is fantastic. I give is a 5! Value for money. And a terrific flavor.

like the other pastas we have tried
I was initially nervous about trying this, but it is actually delicious. The pasta comes up al dente after 11 minutes of boiling and is not glommy, like the other pastas we have tried. I just salt the boiling water, throw in the spaghetti, and throw it right in my sauce so it stays al dente. Lovely product....I will buy this again AND I love the part about being organic!!

Taste and consistency is amazing.

and this is the finest dry pasta I have used
I am a chef, and this is the finest dry pasta I have used. It cooks beautifully, hardly any startches release when it reaches 'al dente' stage, which is very unusual. When you buy this on a subscription ( I go through a dozen a month, and will probably double that, or triple to use it in my professional kitchen. On this cost basis, it is about the same cost as Inferior pasta from my wholesaler. Organic always means more delicious than non-organic-- always. So get some of this & enjoy!
