This brace has done a great job supporting my lower back, reducing my lower back pain, and helping to reduce my sciatic nerve pain. And the quality is very good, especially given the low cost.

This back brace is a life saver. I didn’t think it would really help, and don’t really understand the technology of it, but it provides the support I need. So much so that when I put it in at work, it feels like I’m wrapping myself up in a snug warm blanket on a cold winter day. I CANNOT be at work without it. I especially appreciate the flexible reinforcement straps on the side that can give extra support as needed. This was a good purchase, and I recommend it.

I got this brace as my back started to hurt really bad out of the blue. I could hardly get out of bed or even bend over (come find out it was a herniated disk). I wore the brace and notice I could relatively go back to my normal day to day. Pros: it does its job and helps alleviate back pain by providing support Cons: it is not comfortable (however more comfortable than the pain itself), its very thick so it gets hot and sweaty, and it can be hard to hide or wear under clothes if you dont want people to notice. Overall recommendation: Id recommend the product as it does its job. I would just like the photo shows wear a shirt then wear the brace over it. Don't just put the brace on skin or itll be very uncomfortable.

This is a great back brace! I threw my back out and couldn't sit up from bed and once I got this... it was a total life changer! It had good support and got me mobile once again. I didnt notice any skin irritation and the quality is top notch. The only difficulty i had was where to place the triangle extra support piece. It was hard to get it just right as adjusting anything was difficult lol. Sleeping in it the first few days gave me no problems or skin irritation. Also, its easy to sit in compared to others I've used in the past.

I'm not even kidding. My lower back hurt so bad with sciatica that I was in tears. I had tried everything. I was minutes from going to the emergency room. My cousin suggested this belt. Amazon delivered it within an hour. I literally crawled to the front door to retrieve it. As soon as I put it on, I felt immediate relief. I slept in this belt, and woke up the next morning able to get out of bed pain free. I wore it for the next several days, and immediately got better, and I haven't had to wear it since. My elderly father was having back pain and trouble getting around. I had one delivered to his house. He swears by it, and feels so much better. He wears it around the house all day. Throw away all of the pain medicine. You won't need it after you buy this belt!!!

It has very good material. The only issues that I have is it puts more pressure on your belly than it does your back and it doesn’t really help much on your posture so I’m giving it a 3 star.

Only used twice to rake leaves and shovel some snow. Felt comfortable and supportive. No back pain so far.

the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
