The smart way to clean your tush
This bidet is fantastic! It may not be the cheapest of the bidets, however it does do just about anything you would want it to do for you. The heated seat is excellent especially during the winter months. Installation was a breeze. The endless hot water capability is a very nice feature. The toilet seat so far seems to be holding up well and appears to be made to a high quality. The plastic feels sturdy and not cheap. All of the remote control options give you the ability to manage the temperature, water stream location, the charcoal filtering exhaust to prevent your bathroom from stinking and the air dry capability all at the tips of your fingers.

How did I ever live without this I will never know
First I want to say one thing. The remote could be better, it needs a direct line of sight. I could not figure out why it was working for everyone else besides me. I thought I was doing something wrong. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not. Finally, I was like this is come bs and I might need to return it. Put the remote in my right hand and it started working perfectly. I am a big guy and I guess I blocked the line of sight LOL. NOW that is out of the way. I have lived 40 years and never used a Bidet in my life. This was life-changing. After work, I of course want to come home and see my kids and finance. But as soon as that was done, I wanted to go and relax on my heated throne and forget about my day. Never did I think spraying my Butt with water would be so pleasing and relaxing part of my day. I take the full 2 minutes of the spray and then take another 2 or 3 minutes with the heated fan to dry my freshly cleaned hiney. I am sad to get up and continue with my day. Maybe if I am lucky I might have a round 2 by the end of the night. Sorry if this is too much info... BUT This really is the best thing I have ever bought as an adult. I thought I was going to have a hard time justifying the price of this product. WRONG I would buy this thing 10 times over and I have recommended it to several of my friends. This has changed their lives as well. There could be small improvements but it doesn't matter I love it. The thing that surprised me is the heated seat. I myself do not like heat. I could live in Alaska and wear shorts all day long and be happy. But the heated seat surprised me. I enjoy it. I like how you can adjust all of the settings. Be careful with the strong setting. It will clean you out. On that note. Enjoy. I sure am!

Life-changing comfort and exceptional quality
The Bio Bidet BB-2000 Bliss has been, without exaggeration, one of the best investments Iโve made for my home and daily comfort. The build quality is outstanding. Everything feels solid, thoughtfully designed, and built to last. Installation was straightforward, and once in place, the difference it makes is immediate. The water pressure is fully adjustable and incredibly effective, while still being gentle. The heated seat, warm air dryer, and endless warm water elevate the experience to a level of comfort I didnโt realize I was missing before. What truly stands out is the consistency and precision. Every function works smoothly and reliably. It leaves you feeling genuinely clean and refreshed โ something toilet paper alone simply cannot achieve. Beyond comfort, it also brings peace of mind from a hygiene standpoint. After using this, going back to a standard toilet feels incomplete. Absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended.

UPDATE 2UPDATED REVIEW FROM 5 STAR RATING.
UPDATE 2 *** Company finally got back to me with email steps to try. The fix worked and is functioning properly. Do like the cleanliness of a bidet, but not sure I should have spent $700. Probably could have gotten cheaper one that did the same basic functions. ******THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW**** After only exactly 60 days from my purchase, the seat sensor does not work properly. If the sensor doesn't work, the bidet does not function. After an hour with Amazon, they are of no use. They do not stand behind the items they sell, and want to charge me over $100 in restocking fees for an item they are NOT going to restock, as the item is INFERIOR. I paid $700 for this item! I tried contacting the seller and called their number. I was within their operating hours, but I got a message that said they were closed and to press 2 to leave a message. No such luck. Could not leave a message. My advice is to buy high-ticket items locally so that you have some recourse if the item does not work. A lot of good a 3 year warranty does when no one stands behind the item that was sold. Bottom line, I changed my rating from 5 to one star, and would give it less if I could. This is based on the product quality and the follow-up (more like lack of) that I have so far received for this item. I just got my Bio Bidet and was anxious to install it. I'm pretty much 'plumbing challenged' so I had my worries that this would be a difficult installation. Quite to the contrary, I had my bidet up and running in less than 30 minutes. The instructions were pretty clear, but I suggest you read them over once or twice and get familiar with the parts included. Installation was a snap. A "10" for installation. Next, I tested the features using the remote control. Again, quite easy to understand and set up. Remember you have to be sitting on the seat for the bidet to function. A "10" for the ease of using and setting up the remote. Lastly, I tested most of the functions. So far, I am delighted at the wash, dry, air freshening aspect of the bidet. There are many choices for washing and drying, so be sure to check out each one. Remember that you don't have to wait until the function finishes - you can stop any function at any time. A "10" for bidet functions to this point. I'm looking forward to adjusting and refining the cleaning options. I don't know why I waited so long to get a bidet. I was introduced to them when I traveled to Asia and was curious about them in the USA. They leave you much cleaner and will really cut down on the toilet paper usage, which is an issue with people like me who have septic tanks. All I can say is that I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Another hint I will give you. I purchased some cord holders from Amazon and had a few left, so I used them when installing the bidet system. You can hardly see them in the picture, which is the idea. Great way to keep all your cords organized and free from getting caught while cleaning, etc. I will leave you with a song (to the tune of 'Sitting on the Dock of the Bay') "SITTING ON MY BIO BIDET, WATCHING THE CLOUDS ROLL AWAY... I will post updates as needed. Dan

Clean your booty!
I donโt usually leave reviews and I will follow up on this one in a few months.. I just installed the Bio Bidet 2000 and messed around with all of its functions to make sure everything worked. Installation was super easy โ Iโm definitely a DIY person, but it only took about 30 minutes and I think anyone could do it. Everything you need is in the box, I only needed a wrench to remove my old bidet that did not have warm water. The instructions are super clear. I didnโt need to call a plumber or buy any extra parts. The heated seat is amazing, and I like that you can change the temperature of the seat and the temperature of the water. The water pressure and temperature settings are easy to adjust, and the warm air dryer actually works really well. The remote control has a lot of buttons so I think it is a little confusing initially, but Iโm sure Iโll get used to it. The nightlight is nice, but I prefer not to have one so the ability to turn it off is wonderful and Iโm happy that itโs there. It feels really solid and well-made, and I love the soft close lid. It is a bit noisier than my old bidet, but it also has a lot more functions instead of just shooting out cold water so that does make sense and the little noises may lesson with time as the functions get used more. If youโre on the fence, just do it, you can always return it if you hate it, but you probably wonโt.

Title: "A Revolution in Personal Hygiene: The Bio Bidet BB2000 Review"
In the realm of bathroom luxury and functionality, the Bio Bidet BB2000 stands out as a true game-changer. As someone who values both comfort and cleanliness, I've been thoroughly impressed with this bidet's performance. Exceptional Water Pressure: The first thing to note is the outstanding water pressure. It's powerful enough to ensure a thorough clean, yet adjustable to suit different sensitivities and preferences. This feature alone sets the BB2000 apart from its competitors. User-Centric Features: The array of user-friendly features is remarkable. The heated seat is a godsend on chilly mornings, creating a cozy, welcoming experience. The adjustable nozzle positions cater to all users, ensuring a personalized and effective cleaning experience. Moreover, the warm air dryer is a delightful addition, eliminating the need for toilet paper and thus being eco-friendlier. Eco-Friendly and Hygienic: Speaking of eco-friendliness, the BB2000 is a win for the environment. Reduced toilet paper usage means less waste and a smaller environmental footprint. Additionally, the self-cleaning function of the nozzle maintains a high standard of hygiene, which is paramount in any bathroom setting. Easy Installation and Sleek Design: The installation process was surprisingly straightforward, and the sleek design of the unit seamlessly blends with the bathroom decor. It doesn't feel like an add-on but rather an integral part of my bathroom. Convenience at Its Best: The remote control is intuitive and user-friendly, making operation a breeze. Whether it's adjusting the temperature or pressure, every setting is at your fingertips. In conclusion, the Bio Bidet BB2000 is more than just a bidet; it's an experience that elevates the everyday act of personal hygiene into a luxurious, comforting ritual. It's an investment in your comfort and well-being. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom experience.

Clean as a whistle!
This product arrived early and appreciated this! Easy to install. Only problem was my older toilet so got help replacing internal parts ! Was excited to have this product work so well! Only criticism is there is no light in the controller. That needs to be added. Instructions are good and easy to follow.

Ridiculous letdown at this price point
I was relplacing a great Woodbridge bidet with this one. I'd had the Woodbridge one for years and it's still working fine but I thought it was time for a change. I was curious about the vortex wash. Installation. Woodbridge used steel screws into a great rubber fitting for mounting the plate, so it would not move. Easy to tighten. This junk? Plastic. Plastic "bolt" that goes through a little metal place. Then goes into a plastic nut - and the nut? NOT something that you can even tighten easily. Instructions show something that looks more like a normal nut. What they provide can't be turned with a socket or any other real tool. So I would not be able to get it tight enough to really hold its place. Plastic for the water connection. So make sure not to overtighten it. Plastic? They love plastic for parts that should be metal. Installed anyway, figured I was going to find a way to tighten it after the fact. Got the water connected and power. And then I stopped. I realized this is just a really sad gimmick, not a real bidet. Night light? Hardly. It's got a weak blue light on the SIDE that does NOTHING to illuminate the bowl at night for men. USELESS. Remote - setting the time even is a pain since you can't hold the button to move the minutes to the correct spot, and you can't go backwards only forwards. So you have to press it for every single minute you need it to go forward. Annoying. Woodbridge had FIVE different settings for heat and pressure. This? Just three. I never even got far enough to actually use it. The moment I saw no light in the bowl, I started packing it up again. Never even got to run water through it since this was just such a HUGE letdown compared to the Woodbridge it replaced or the other one I have in my second bathroom. So now I have to box it back up and return it and try to find a VIABLE bidet option, not just a letdown.

It works! Feel "fresh outta the Shower clean!"
Excellent product. Packaged very well. Unpacking went smoothy. Reviewing the instructions, I found them just a tad lacking,...but as you progress with the install it starts to become self explanatory. Unit comes with a new water supply hose for your toilet, which is not common these days. All install parts required were supplied, including batteries for the remote. Installation proper was straight forward and unchallenging. The installed unit baffled me for a few minutes, until I discovered the receiver for the remote was on the RH side of the seat. Bidet operation was intermittent until I held the remote in my right hand, and beside my right leg. This placed the remote in closer proximity to the reciever and everything worked perfectly. We live in an area where our water pressure is lower than what you find in a city setting. I studied bidets and water pressure. The Bio Bidet BB 1000 and 2000 models always reviewed highest for water pressure delivered to your bottom. The 1000 is actually better for delivered water pressure. But the 2000 supplies endless warm water to your bottom, where the 1000 has a limited supply of warm water, after which cold water is applied to your bottom. So we opted for the 2000 and find its water pressure more than adequate,. however I typical utilize the highest pressure option the 2000 delivers. Our sewer system is a septic system. Our toilet paper usage has plummeted since installing the BB 2000. Its crazy how much TP we used before the bidet. Its also crazy how much cleaner you feel after using a bidet over TP. Its seriously leaves you feeling like you just stepped out of the shower. I now dread using another, bidetless toilet for my #2's. And upon returning home I promptly visit my BB 2000 to "freshen up." Just get one. You'll feel so much cleaner it'll make everyday brighter and happier.

Game Changer!
I bought this on the recommendation from a friend who had the same model. This friend, being originally from Europe, was familiar with various bidets since they are commonplace there. Whereas, in North America, bidets and bidet seats are (sadly) rare. After having used this bidet seat for a couple years now I can say I am extremely happy to have purchased it. It's a game changer, and anytime I have to use a toilet without a bidet seat I cringe! I can't believe that washing our bums after going "#2" isn't the norm. Well, it is in my household and everyone loves it. The product itself is solid and there have been zero issues with it so far. The plumbing is easy to install. The only downside of the overall install is that you need an electrical outlet nearby, and preferably one with a dedicated circuit to be used solely by the bidet seat unit. For me this wasn't an issue since I'm an electrician. For others, this may be an additional expense. But this isn't a knock on the product in anyway. One other thing I would mention is this, depending on the distance the toilet tank is from the bowl, this will influence if some of the bowl space is nulified. In other words, you may lose some "working space" in front of you when sitting down. Unfortunately, I can't provide specifics on the best measurements to look for as the tank relates to the bowl and how the seat is mounted because there are dozens of different toilets available. At the end of the day, it's not a deal breaker but it is a minor inconvenience in our situation. Overall, totally recommend the BioBidet BB2000R.

WONDERFUL LIFE CHANGING FOR CANCER SURVIVORS!
I am a colo-rectal cancer survivor! As with people who have irritable bowl syndrome and similar diseases, people like me spend a LOT more time on the toilet than others do. Without getting into the details, for people like us this is a HUGE life changer and has eliminated a lot of pain. I have owned this product for over two years now and am delighted with it. Hence the 5 star review. It's not without a few nits and, frankly, it has too many gizmos and gadgets. I would have preferred a cheaper unit without all the unnecessary functions. A few points: B. WHAT I REALLY LIKE: It just plain works and works well! I also really like how the cover doesn't slam shut. It goes down slowly. A silly thing, but we have two small kids at home. Our other toilet is constantly slamming down when our kids use it. This one is blessedly quiet when putting the lid down! A. SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS: Two things bug me about this unit in my daily use: 1. THE ON/OFF BUTTONS SHOULD BE SEPARATE FROM THE REST: The only buttons I press on a daily basis are the on and the off buttons, yet they are mixed in with the other buttons that are rarely used. In fact, once you set the other settings, I rarely every use the other buttons. So to make this easier for actual day to day use, the on and off buttons should be bigger and set apart from the rest. 2. THE AUTO-OFF FUNCTION: This is the ultimate in frustration. The thing is always shutting off after two minutes. Yes, I understand that for most people this is probably fine. But, for those of us with 'special' needs, why oh why is there not at least a setting to turn this off and let us choose when to shut it off? I can't tell you how many times I've had to start it up again after it shut itself off. And there is a good wait between, because the unit cleans itself and then retracts then comes out again, leaving the user have to sit there and wait. Either get rid of the auto-off or allow it to be switched off as a setting. If the two changes above were made it would be a near perfect product. C. NOT NEEDED: If I were buying again, I'd spend less and get a unit without these features: 1. HEATED SEAT: I live in Canada so you'd think I would like this, but our condo is kept warm all year. I don't need this. A couple time it was put on by accident it has freaked out guests. Depending on how you set it, it can get really warm - almost hot! And with kids pushing buttons, I've been surprised several times when sitting down, literally, on 'the hot seat' :) 2. DRYER FAN THING: What the heck is this? I tried it a few times when I first installed the unit and its pointless. I don't like it for the same reason I don't like hand dryers in public bathrooms. It just takes too long. I'm not going to sit there for 3 to 5 minutes to let this thing blow-dry my hiney. Life is too short. There is a perfectly good drying device right there - toilet paper. A quick dab and you are done. While this 'sounds nice' as a marketing point, I can't imagine anyone in real life would want to sit there as long as it takes to actually dry your bumm. A waste of space and cost. So, ya, I have nits, but if you are someone who has some disease or condition that requires you to use the toilet frequently, this (or something like it) is literally a life changer! Makes living with my condition far far easier. So much so that I kind of dread leaving our home for very long! If you don't have this kind of disease you'll probably not understand and won't want to know the details. But for someone like me, if you need to use the toilet frequently, buy a quality bidet like this one. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT!!
