Gum Light, 32 LED Red & Blue Light Gums Sensitive Support

It does what it's supposed to, and does it pretty well, though it only lasts a couple years before the battery starts to go and the coating starts to get icky and tacky. I'm now on my third one, use it daily (on the red+blue setting) and it keeps my gums healthy and happy. When I first buy one, the charge usually lasts for 5 days, then eventually it drops to 4 and finally 3... and then a while after that I get a new one. The cons: charging is kind of a pain, it seems to work best if I don't plug in the USB end of the cable all the way. It also blinks the entire time it's charging. You want to cover it up or put it someplace you won't see it, because the blue light WILL hurt your eyes, and not just in the "painful to look at and creates a huge yellow spot in your vision" way. Seriously, they should have it be red light only for charging, so you don't damage people's vision. At least you'll know when to charge it by the way it blinks instead of turning on when you try to use it, so you can check if you need to charge it by seeing if it turns on again after you use it. (Unfortunately, the blinking is also blue, so I hide the lit part behind one palm when doing this test so it doesn't hurt my eyes.) The other minor issue is that the instructions tell you to dry your mouth before using it. I don't do this because I can't - I salivate so much that just having the thing in my mouth at all will have it drenched in no time. So I have to carefully rinse off the in-the-mouth part after each use. I've considered using plastic wrap or something to cover it, but that'd be quite a pain as well, and at this point I've got some skill at moving it around under the faucet in such a way that the main body doesn't get wet, at least most of the time. Luckily, stray drops just make it turn on, but again, that's when you get searing blue light in your eyes followed by yellow spots. Seriously, I really wish they would make it work red-light-first, with blue light only on the second touch. If they did that and did red for charging too, the entire thing would be much safer because it'd be almost impossible to end up with the blue light in your eyes by accident. (Yes, I get that some people only want the blue light for tooth lightening purposes, but that doesn't mean you can't just have one tap for red, two for blue, and three for red+blue, or some other ordering. Just require more than one tap for blue, that's all I ask.)

I was diagnosed with gum disease, and purchased this to mitigate further gum deterioration. Did see improvement in symptoms and gum health when using twice daily. However, the unit stopped working within the first two weeks, and would no longer charge. Would not recommend based on inability to return defective items. Update: The seller reached out and provided us with a brand new unit. The replacement has been working great so far Have achieved improvement in gum health since using.

Generally, I am satisfied. Pros: Fits well in the mouth, is portable since it doesn't have a cable attached. It has two modes and turns off after 10 minutes. I have found that there are fewer mouth sores, and if any, they heal quickly compared to how it was before I started using the light. Cons: has to be recharged every few times it is used. A family member has a different one, and it doesn't have to be recharged for several weeks. Also, it was advertised as being capable of regrowing gum tissue, which I doubted in the first place. For me, at least, it has not aided in the regrowth of gum tissue.

3 star because i don't know good or bad yet. I received the item today and used it immediately. In the past, the teeth were beautiful and boasted of a set of teeth, but as I grew older, my teeth and gums continued to suffer. And even if I go to the dentist, it is said that it is expensive to do deep cleaning and pull out a few teeth and then add a denture or make an implant, so it is said how to pay, the trouble does not disappear and the inner gum is painful I got it. Even when I went to a dentist, I often had no treatment and just they gave me a medicine and often went home. Also, waiting for a long period of time, very expensive treatment, and sometimes they did not do anything but expenses are required until the insurance is they charged and a proper treatment is performed without deep cleaning. can't believe it. I found this starlight when I was searching on Amazon for some kind of first aid. I was surprised.I didn't think I had such an excellent and useful item. Other items are expensive and cannot be paid immediately. it needs immediate treatment and I want to fix the pain anyway. I decided on this item and ordered it. I just want a video, but I don't know how to put it in my mouth. For the time being, I put it in my mouth with my teeth lightly. I got used to it. It doesn't reach the back gums, but is it effective up to the back? I have teeth 1or 2 covered with metal. Can I use them without any problems? For now, I tried to make sure the pain little go away. The red and blue lights felt gentler than the blue lights.And it may be a bit of a concern, but it's just one time use, and it feels like my teeth are a little whiter.I think the pain came soft.It was written in the instructions to use for at least 2 months, so I will continue to look at it.I'm little excited now. Good impression hope to Please expect good effect to appear. If I get good results, I will be deeply moved and The progress report will be described. Somewhat difficult to wash. It is convenient if we can freely remove the tray from the circle. 4 star now :)

I have been using this for almost a year now, it is still working. I originally wanted this for the red LED lights only. as it turns out, the blue LED lights will kill your morning breath, clear the coating off your tongue and of course whiten your teeth when used with a peroxide gel. I never used a gel with these lights because I had a severe sensitivity to it many many years ago that was excruciating. The red leds help with tooth sensitivity and gum health I used the lights 2 or 3 times in a row, each session is about 10 or 15 minutes, while watching tv at night or browsing online, NO BLEACH. The next morning when I woke up, my breath was still fresh. I couldn't believe this and I never expected that to happen as I was really trying to help with gum recession. The effects for morning breath lasted a few months until I needed to do it again. So, while it is not a permanent fix for morning breath, it is close enough lasting months for me! I still use these dental lights and I have several sets now, some cordless and some wired. I will never be without these red and blue mouthpieces! This is still working fine for me, I just wish it came with a case although I was able to find some here on Amazon at fit it 4x3.5" If you don't believe me about the lights, you can google phototherapy. The blue led lights are a proven treatment for acne because they kill the bacteria. Red lights help with bone, tissue, inflammation, maybe bacteria too. For $30, you should absolutely get this for the benefits it provides. It does not get hot and it is comfortable to wear. Just don't talk with it in your mouth because anyone that hears you will now be imitating you for, well, at least a year now with no end in sight. lol.

I really like this product. My gums look healthier than before.

Doesn’t stay charged. Would work great it did. They should make a wired one. Doesn’t stay on even after a full charge.

I don't know if it has done any good. I am disappointed that the LED lights seem to have developed a fault just after the return window closed.
