I lie on it for about five or ten minutes prior to sleep on the floor. I sleep better. The acupressure points are not too sharp or uncomfortable, but you do feel its effect which I like the acupressure effect. Circulation seems to increase I slept better a few nights when I used it.

Product works as advertised. Takes a bit getting used to, spikes are very sharp, will definitely increase circulation. The effect feels invigorating and relaxing at the same time. Do not use too long. I lay on it before going to sleep and get off it before I forget. Not sure if the hemp version really is better, it still performs fine several month after I bought it, without having it wash it. I do wish it's a bit longer, as I have to decide whether to use it for upper body or lower body.

Looks like a torture device. But works. Just wish there was an easier way to put it get it to/fro where I am using it.

This really helps to relax me and makes it easier to fall asleep.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it and uses every night. Learnt not to skootch around when using though.
