JBL EON615 Powered 15" 2-Way Speaker System Pair w/ Tripod Speaker Stand Pair and Bag, XLR Cables & Cable Ties

This is a great set for a DJ or for small live events. All you need is a mixer and a mic and you are all set. EON's are solid speakers with great sound and minimal setup; essentially just plug and play. This is a good deal since it comes with decent stands and XLR cables to get you started.

When I first opened the bag, the tripod speaker's stand's plastic pieces were shattered and the tripods are now useless. The speakers themselves are good.

Great Sound! The stands, case and cables included made it a really good deal.

I am glad I received my speakers on time however, with this package I was promised 2 20' XLR cables and cable ties that I did not receive. Everything else came but the XLR cables that is vital to me using these speakers.

I purchased a pair of EON 615 and EON 618 Subwoofers that you see in the picture. My band has used this setup for live performances for about a year now and have found them very satisfactory. They have a very warm but crystal clear sound and they have really upgraded our performance. I am a keyboard player and my piano sounds fantastic coming through theses speakers. We typically keep the speakers at half volume and rarely do we max out the volume on our XAIR 16 Chanel digital mixer. I am saying this because I have read that some DJ reviewers felt that the sound was not loud enough. I have definitely not found that to be true. I have played with them indoors and outdoors. At my last performance, some felt that we were too loud. More importantly, the quality of the JBL sound really shines through when using these speakers. Previously, we were all playing through individual Roland, Fender and other Brand amplifiers. Now, everyone, including my drummer (he has an electric Roland Drum Set) is playing through the EON system. What an improvement in our sound! I normally use a Roland KC-550 Keyboard amplifier. It is a nice amp but does no comparison to the sound coming out of the EON615’s and 618’s.There has been no glitches with these speakers at all. They come equipped with Bluetooth to control the volume and sound but I rarely use that feature. Once we set the sound level, my sound tech rarely need to change it.
