No, It wont even work with the S10 note.

The nib that is pre-installed is it rubber tipped or full plastic?Does come with extra nibs?

Feels like hard rubber to me. If advertisement doesn't state extra nibs it probably doesn't.

Will this work with any samsung smart phone?

NO! An S pen only works on phones with the Wacom software. z until recently, that meant only Note series a some specific tablets. This year, 2021, They added the capability to the S21 and the fold and the flip models. If you have any other Samsung, it will not work.
