Is this brown rice? Someone sent in a question and the answer was white.

Bought two bags but they both were mainly all white rice with just a small amount of brown rice. This company needs some better QC

Where is this rice grown?

On the company website, the white rice says "Botan is an extra fancy Calrose medium grain rice grown with the rice fertile soil and crystal clear water of California," but interestingly the brown rice only says, "Botan Calrose Brown Rice is grown with the rich fertile land and crystal clear water" so I would think that implies the brown is NOT grown in California for some reason.

Does this rice need to be wahed and/or picked through before cooking?
