How to Use the Maternity Compression Stockings: 1. Reach into the stocking and grab the toe. 2. Turn the upper half of the stocking inside out. 3. Put your foot into the toe of the stocking and gently slip the stocking over your heel. 4. Use your fingertips or palm to “slide” the stocking up your leg. Do not pull from the top of the stocking because that may rip the stocking. 5. Continue to slide the stocking up your leg until it is positioned correctly. Repeat these steps on the other leg. Amazingly Effective
I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I've been dealing with massively swollen feet for some time. Elevating them, staying hydrated, and reducing sodium intake did little to relieve the edema. Finally a doctor recommended I try compression stockings and I ordered these to try. I love them! Within a day of wearing them my feet are almost back to their original size. The open toe is a great feature because it had allowed me to wear these with sandals, which have been the only shoes that fit to this point. They also allow my toes some ventilation which is nice since it's still pretty hot most days where I live. I would definitely recommend these.

Size chart is accurate. Product feels good.
Just started using this product. So far it feels great. It was a bit struggle to put them on but thats how compression socks are supposed to be. With a right technique, it took me 2 mins together. I followed the size chart and it fits true to the size.

Works great for horrible veins
I have very bad veins on my right leg that developed around 15 weeks and my leg looks like it diseased and swelled twice the size. I got them and I wear them from before I get out of bed and to when I go back to bed. it has made a huge difference in pain and stopped the vein damage. I highly recommend them. I am 5'3" normal 130lb but right now 147lbs. I bought the small. I bought the med at first and they stretched too much and did not provide the support I needed. I dont find them hard to put on and they are comfortable to wear all day. So go smaller for a sure fit.

Amazingly helpful! Run small.
These make a tremendous difference in my swelling/circulation. I notice when I do not wear them! Currently about 6 1/2 months pregnant. So glad I ordered them.FYI - they do run very small/tight. Not pregnant, I am about a size 6-7 jeans, 5’6”, 120ish lbs. I ordered a small and they are extremely tight - almost too tight but they work well.

Perfect for a pregnant nurse!!
I'm pregnant and started getting leg cramps/ varicose veins and I'm also a nurse which means I'm on my feet all day. These have been awesome! Great thick smooth quality, got according to size chart (small) and fit perfect. At the end of day my feet/legs don't hurt AT ALL! It's like I wasn't on my feet at all. Prefer open toe versus closed. Let's your feet breath and are not squished. Also no odor or sweating at end of day and I wear these with short socks! Very happy with purchase will even wear post pregnancy!

I like them as far as being tight
I used the size chart to determine what size I needed. It said I needed a small for my shoe size. I got the small size. I like them as far as being tight, but if you workout and have any calves...you will need a bigger size. The elastic hurts really bad at the top of my calf. I can rarely wear them all day due to that. But other than that they are comfortable.

After researching a lot of options I selected this sock ...
After researching a lot of options I selected this sock. I have been getting leg cramps in my left leg for several weeks, and am now starting to get varicose veins in my calf. I wore these socks for one day and my feet started swelling which shouldn't happen. I measured my calf, ankle, and just under the knee as directed to selecting a size small. These are being returned. I wouldn't be opposed to trying a medium and then updating my review.

Pretty tight
These socks got the job done, but I wish I would have purchased socks that covered the toes because while my feet and ankles did not dwell, my toes blew up still. They are VERY tight and I actually needed my husband to help me put them on and pull them off because it was so difficult with my belly. I will keep these to wear with open toes shoes only
