Fantastic resource
One of the best books in design thinking I have read. Very easy to understand, clear and the process of tools are in order of use. Any manager, consultant etc who works in the innovation space should purchase.

Lots of really useful resources but wish some of them had more detail. All round really decent stuff though.

Easy to read, very accessible and practically focused. I recommend this to everyone I train in Design Thinking concepts and tools.... and I use the content in my own work.

This book and the “playbook “ are absolutely amazing. They are well written, lots of examples , great design.. I love even the paper 🤣🤣... probably not for beginners but absolutely a bible if you want to have an end users point of view in your projects. Great purchase!
