Unlike the multi-vitamin review where I gave it a one star, I absolutely love these! Warning! These are so yummy you could end up eating them all if you aren't careful! LOL And yes, I get a boost of energy from them. They're also perfect when you have the sniffles. Zinc is a great way to combat a cold.

I was recently tested for having a vitamin B-12 deficiency. After 2 days of taking this i noticed a difference, No more dizzy spells or tiredness. It gave me back the energy i need.

This is a bit expensive but flavorful and without the smell

It may have been just the seller kept them on the shelf too long, but they came shriveled and some of them were brown so I didn't take them because it felt unsafe. Very disappointed.
