Are gigabyte trx40 aorus xtreme and evga supernova t2 1600 w compatible with the case? could be mounting issues?

This is advertised as a full tower and oversized case. My Corsair 1000w fits in with tons of room. You would have no issue fitting virtually any motherboard in this case.

Can i place two GPU's vertically?

No, there is only the gap for the one GPU. Also- you need to have the right vertical GPU extension from IN-WIN that screws into the correct holes, unfortunately.
