If you need broth, make it bone broth for the added protein.
I have lost weight concentrating on the amount of protein in my diet. I am all about the protein! So, if I'm going to use broth for anything, I am going to use bone broth because it has more protein. I consider this a staple and always have an extra carton of it for cooking.
