I'm glad I stumbled across this author's book. It complements his Wing Chun Compendium. It is going to be a good read and study!!

I would recommend this book to all who wishes to learn the basics to Wing Chun. This book teaches basic stance and techniques for the reader to practice with a wooden dummy or partner.

Awesome read! I highly suggest any teachings under Sifu Wayne. I also recommend picking up his other books, Wing Chun Compendium vol. and vol 2. This book contains only a portion of the techniques and knowledge contained in his other books. However, this book was an outstanding read and an exceptional coverage on the fundamentals of an amazing martial art.

I purchased the Kindle version for the iPad app. Quite an excellent book on Ip Man-style Wing Chun by Sifu Wayne! I am going to get his Blu-ray and online videos, so I can learn Wing Chun from this very well-renowned master.

If you are looking to get into wing chun or expanding your knowledge I recommend you buy this book! It covers the basics and gets your foot in the door.
