What micron is the graphite powder?

-Carbon Content: 99.9% (typical) -Particle Size: 80-90% -200 Mesh (approx. 75 micron)

The last step says "don't add any more." how many races is this good for? I will test and then race the car. Add before actual race?

It all depends on how many passes the car before the actual races. If when testing you see it start to slow add more.

How many cars can one of this bottle use on? Enough to cover 9 cars?

Yes, there should be more than enough for 9 cars.

Can I use this in a sticky doorknob?

It looks to be standard powdered graphite. The only difference I can see is it is a very fine powder and not a course powder. It may work better than usual.
