I bought this for my son’s 9th birthday as he loves all these excavation type things. He had a great time digging out the dinosaurs and it kept him entertained for hours. However, this is a pretty messy experience so make sure it’s played with somewhere that can be easily wiped /swept!Overall I highly recommend!

As an Xmas present for my dinosaur obsessed young daughter this seemed ideal, the actual product is high quality and comes with quite a substantial book that is quite interesting.My daughter loved it and wants another one, it's quite hard work getting the dinosaurs out (although that is half the fun) using the tools provided, it is also VERY messy so I'd consider having you surface prepped for mess and a vacuum nearby.All in all a great product and great value.

Really fun to do with kids - 4yrs and 6yrs- a but difficult for 4 yr old but can make easier by wetting. Great product

My son (5years old) loved digging for the dinos inside the egg. Even my 15year old had a go.

This was a present for my 8 year old’s birthday. He loved it.We used leftover party plates for doing the activity on which kept the kitchen worktop pretty clean. We had a bowl of water which we used a tiny pipette to drop water on it; then we used a spoon and then we dropped the egg in the water to see which made it easier to get the dinosaur out of the egg. It was good fun and great on a wet rainy lockdown birthday day.I was expecting the toy dinosaurs to be bigger than they were and for this reason I’ve scored it 4 out of 5.It’s got 12 eggs and tools in it so perfect for a birthday party activity or party bag gift.

My children (2&4yrs) both absolutely loved these, we soaked them in water for a bit to make it easier to scape open!
