I like the PC components. I did upgrade the RAM since this computer can take 128 gigs of ram. The lack of more than four pcie slots and only one being a full size, is a bummer, but not a deal breaker. There is an old pci slot inside and I picked up an adapter to see if I could get some use out of it.This computer is not easy to modify. The case is very cramped due to the strange power source configuration. It pulls outward with a hinge that takes up some space.Look onto how you account for the intentional monkey wrench dell put into this computer's power button if you are looking to install into a new case, or if you're planning on adding another button to your set up. It is not the standard configuration. If you don't set it up right, the pc will fail to boot and give you an error.There at first appears to only be a usb 3.0 header on the motherboard and no USB 2.0. Do not be deceived. It's actually in the spot with the pins called BTMODE. Ignore the leftover pins and plug a 2.0 cord there and it works.The integrated graphics are good. There is an optional port for an usbc hdmi daughter board. If you obtain one and plug it in, it acts as one of your graphics cards. You can only use 2 graphics cards at one time.Overall I really am enjoying this pc.

Let me start off by saying the computer itself works fine, however, there are a few discrepancies that I have, which is why the three stars. First of all the ram included was in the number four slot and was only clamped on one side. Secondly, it was listed to have a one TB HDD. Mine came with a 500 gig which isn’t a huge deal because I’m replacing it with an NVME anyway. I just don’t appreciate being lied to or people being lazy. Other than that, the computer is fine minus some blemishes and I would say three or four broken plastic tabs from the case. Packaging for shipping was excellent, I will say that. Windows 11 is a great touch as well. I will update if anything else arrises.

Knocking off 1 star.Advertised as i7 8700k, in reality is i7 8700.Advertised as 16 GB ram, actually 8GB.VERY pleased with the condition and aesthetics, almost perfect, excellent cleanliness. 512 GB nvme ssd drive is an awesome surprise. I would definitely recommend others to buy and i will use this vendor again!!

A powerful workstation that can handle just about any office job. I have now purchased 4 of these and they are amazing office computers for the price. They are supposedly refurbished but the ones I have received all appeared to be in like new condition. Following the usual new computer setup and update routine I have had zero issues. If needed, I hope I can get another one in the future.

The computer arrived within 5 days - very good. I took pictures of everything - box-PC etc. All in very good shape no dents, scratches etc. Dell Workstation came with Windows 10 Pro - included upgrade to Windows 11 ( Home or Pro?) Load Belarc Advisor and you will find out...Windows 11 Pro - CPU as stated - RAM as stated - WI-FI USB included - SSD as stated. The only "problem" was a missing DVD Rewriter - NO problem as a call to Tek Refurbs corrected this. Companies should encourage their employees to give a name since now I can thank Lindsy and Bob for doing a great customer service. The DVD was mailed out the day of the call and arrived (after a Holiday) a day later - perfect! Today, customer reviews are a real problem - as I told Lindsy, the company VIPs need to check what is being placed on the Internet. If their have been past problems those comments need to be corrected. I seem to have a very good deal - time will tell.

Fast and good computer

The desktop that I received was in excellent condition. A little scuffing on the case, but that was expected with it being a refurbished/renewed machine. Seller had installed 16 GB (8GBx2) of Crucial brand RAM, and had included the Dell Optional Card which added an HDMI port to the back panel.The only problem I had with this sale was that it was advertised to have an i7-8700K installed. After checking in the device manager/dxdiag and opening the case and removing the heat sink to check the actual chip, this computer arrived with only an i7-8700 @ 3.2GHz (not the "K" version @ 3.7 GHz, which is also overclockable). I'm using this PC as a NAS box, so overclocking was not crucial. However, the additional computing power wouldn't have hurt, and the seller should probably update the listing to be correct.
