I received my new rose quartz roller and the quality is mind blowing! It's a silent roller which is a must for me. There is no squeaking of any kind. The rolling is smooth and cool against the skin. The main roller has two kinds of surfaces on each end, one smooth and the other has ridges which is great for massaging/draining any parts of your face or body even, that are extra puffy. They include a small mini roller which is great to use around your under eyes and smaller crevices. The gua sha scraper is also a beautiful rose quartz, is smooth to the touch and feels heavy and sturdy in my hand. It comes with a nice and soft travel drawstring bag so that you can bring it with you anywhere.The packaging itself is beautiful too! Protected nicely with foam so you can just keep the box as it's main storage. You could even gift it as is, because it's so aesthetically pleasing, its all wrapped and ready to go. I highly recommend going with this brand, their quality is great and they have excellent customer service that responds promptly to any questions or concerns you might have. Also the box contains a pamphlet informing you of their 1 year warranty, and the other pamphlet is their instructional guide on how to clean and use these tools which is super thoughtful because some other products don't have instructions so you're left to kind of google/youtube it yourself.Overall, this product is just really wonderful and well thought out. It's priced well, and the quality speaks for itself. If you're on the fence about it, DON'T BE. I have no regrets and I'm confident you won't have any either.

I always start judging a product by the service and the expediency of shipping. So, things were off to a great start here! The roller/gua sha package was shipped immediately and got it within a day-two.The product came beautifully packaged, with instructions (although they also emailed me the guide). So far so great! I’ve been using the product for a few days now and I can already see a difference in my skin, it feels lighter, smoother and relaxed.The rollers do not make one noise which is amazing and they roll with ease. I told my husband that the day the small roller pulled an eyelash that would be the last day I would use it but it has not pulled neither hair nor skin.If I had to be a negative-Nancy .... the only things I disliked a bit were 1. The indentations were the rollers are don’t have the little holes next to it to grab them out, and since they’re really well secured I have to use a little tool to get the big one and small one out. Also, I would’ve like pics of how to use the gua sha, as the instructions only showed pictures for the roller. I’m a visual person that’s all.I would recommend this product for you, and as a gift for all the special people you want looking amazing! Little self-tip ... use the roller when you apply serums.

This roller came in and it is beautiful. I’ve had it for a long time now and waited to review it so that I could have a more accurate review.It came in really nice and pretty packaging, and the stone itself looks beautiful. I personally like to keep it them in the fridge for when I use them.Pros: keeping them in the fridge makes them pretty cold, I do not recommend freezing them as they could possibly break, as stones may break due to different temperatures. With that said I also don’t recommend heating these up as they may shatter, I’ve had stones do that in the past. When cooled in the fridge, these stones help de-puff my under eyes as make me look more awake. As I’ve been massaging my face with these, I’ve noticed that the small lumps on my face due to acne are disappearing. This has been my first time using these types of tools. I also read to use these to drain lymph nodes so I’ve been doing that, and they are making my face look more contoured.Cons: none that I can currently think ofI love this set. It’s such a good value for what you get, and I recommend buying these and watching YouTube videos on how to use them. I love mine and use them everyday.

Where to begin ?Let’s just start by saying that I have EXTREMELY delicate skin , I am also no longer a kid , and the age I am at, fine lines and wrinkles are a constant battle . AND I have had dermatitis since I was a teen.Other derma rollers have given me horrible rashes and painful itches ! When I saw this one , given how it was made out of rose quartz , it had different sizes and textures available to better customize the pressure one puts on the skin , I just about jumped . I HAD TO BUY IT , so I did .I can safely say this is the only derma roller that leaves my skin rash free while still delivering amazing results .The serum absorption increases and so does the turn over of your skin cells , which is essentially the ability of your skin to renew itself .As a result , fine lines diminish significantly.The product does come with a small sheet that instructs you how to use each of the 3 tools in the box ( 2 derma rollers and a massage stone ) , I highly recommend following the instructions because they will give you the best results .The package also arrived 3 whole days earlier that it was supposed to , amazing customer service on their part for that to happen .The only reason why I dropped the score to 4 stars is the price actually dropped right after I ordered this and a discount coupon only became available after I got my package .Not a good feeling there !But hey ! Still amazing product .Hands down!Last tip:Use this on very clean skin , get the most hydrating yet light weight serum you have .Also be prepared for a more demanding skin that will need more attention for the next 12 to 48 hours after this treatment .

I’ve been using mine for a couple of months now. When I received the box, nothing was broken, unlike for some reviewers. The gua sha that has consistently broken for many people is due to the fact that there is no foam on top of it to prevent it from coming loose inside the box and moving around during shipping. Mine was outside of its cavity when I opened it. Therefore, I was lucky mine wasn’t broken. This would be an easy fix by the supplier.In terms of sturdiness, I apply a fair amount of pressure while rolling on my face, including along my jawline, and across my décolletage, and everything has stayed intact. Nothing has broken or come loose. However, I have not used the gua sha yet, just the two rollers. A very small and brief instruction booklet was included.In terms of a gift, it’s a lovely set. The rose quartz is quite beautiful. The box is nice. You could easily give this to someone. You would just need to first check that the gua sha isn’t broken.

Me gustaron mucho, son de muy buena calidad y son de piedra, vienen en su caja, estuche, son de color rosa los rodillos, y la piedra un rosa muy Bajito casi blanco vienen muy bien empacadas y con su manual *ojo* el manual viene en inglés, rodillo de 15 ctms, 9.5 ctms y la Gua sha 9.5* 4 cmts, llego mucho antes de lo esperado. Eso eso es ha material, fueron para un regalo, espero que si cumplan su función.
