My son loves these chewies. They give him different textures to chew and different resistances to chew against. I just wish they gave you the option of more than 5 chewys.

My 7 year old son recently went from a very small self contained autistic support classroom, to a full general education classroom. Needless to say he has been suffering from serious anxiety. He was coming home with soaking wet sleeves and chewed up pencils, bite marks on his arms etc. I tried several other chew necklaces. The first ones were cool but they were big and kind of attention-grabbing - big donut, a giant sloth, etc. Those were helpful but created their own problems with kids asking why he was chewing those or wearing those and teacher saying they were distracting. When I purchased these I was very pleased that the length of the necklace is adjustable. This is so helpful. It was a little tricky to figure out how exactly to adjust them, but once I figured it out it worked perfectly. They do say that they have 3 different levels or something along those lines. I will just say, I'm not sure what that means really, but my son is using them all equally and doesn't prefer one over the other! They all have raised up textures on them which is great for sensory. For my son, the orange blue and green colors blend seamlessly into any outfit he wears. They also are more discreet and and he doesn't feel embarrassed wearing them at school. He wears them daily and I hand wash them daily. They are still in like new condition. Very durable and safe to chew without worrying that pieces will break off. I highly recommend this product, and would absolutely purchase again.

My son goes through a lot of chew toys and I’m happy to see these are lasting and now breaking and snapping apart in his mouth! I’d get these again before any of the other dozen brands I’ve tried

The only chewy toys that has helped my daughter with her sensory seeking behavior. Today for the first time I feel like she’s been doing it less and even helped with her aggression. Thank you so much please make girly colors 😊

***UPDATE***After posting my 2 star review the company did reach out to me directly to know more about my review. As far as customer service goes, they deserve 5 stars; however, based on the needs of my "hard core chewer", I cannot give this ITEM 5 stars. If you need a chew toy for a teether and/or for someone that just needs a fidget and not necessarily for the pressure of a sensory seeker, these chewies will be great. The design of X and Y are great for holding onto and being able to switch out from three different textures on one chewie. The bright colors are eye popping and also help when finding the chewie when child just leaves it laying around anywhere. One lasted three hours. Had to cut off about two inches and then the rest was chewed down to the main trunk of the chewie. I find little tiny colored pieces of the chewie in my kid’s mouth and on his face or around the house. The shapes are great for holding and chewing or just staying out in the mouth without chewing. They definitely do their job of providing sensory input, but are too soft. We will use up the pack and decide what to then—purchase again or look elsewhere.

I got these for my oldest who has autism. He loves legos and having these to chew on makes things so much better for him. My only gripe is they aren't very durable, but with a softer rubber and a kid gnawing on them that is to be expected. Looks like I'll just have to get more in the future.
