Romney's Kendal Mint Cake, 170 g

Nice clean minty flavour, dense but crumbly texture- chewable for a quick treat or let it dissolve in your mouth for a longer enjoyment.If you need a sugar hit (Or you have folks in your life prone to low blood sugar) then it's a great thing to throw in a pocket 'just in case'Nice thing about it compared to a chocolate bar or most protein bars is that it doesn't melt- and it's still edible if you've left it in your back pocket and sat on it all day. Ahem.

I have loved this mint cake since I was a child who visited the Lake District and it has not changed in over 50 years. I prefer No chocolate and both the white or brown colour is minty melt in the mouth deliciousness, it gives you a boost and aids digestion. Perfect for traveling I have a tin that came as a gift it keeps it fresh as only small squares broken off are a treat.

First class, perfect size

When you get the package for this, you wonder why it is so heavy. There is a lot of mint cake here, and over one bar, it is probably too much. I had also purchased some Romneys chocolate mint cake 55g bars, and those were perfect. The bars were a slightly bigger and flatter size than a bounty bar, and thus, fitted easily into most pockets and spaces in a backpackThese 155g bars are the size of an open hand, and thus, dont fit anywhere quite as easy. Also, there is probably a bit too much for one day (for me, anyway)All that said, it does taste nice, and does keep you going. A sugary treat that is just perfect for being outside. I just wish the bars were smaller and easy to take with you. Maybe 10 bars of 60g, rather than 4 x 155g
