The single bolt is used to install the sleeves onto a metal floor. When purchasing a Marson wheel chock and requiring a metal floor mounting kit instead of the stock wood floor kit, purchase this item and we'll replace the wood floor mounting kit and then credit you back $7.00. The metal floor kit costs $5.00 more than the wood floor kit.
