As good as it gets, at probably any price.
Listening to them right now. 16 months in and they just keep getting better and better. Driving them with a Marantz SR7015 through an Emotiva 7-channel, 200 watt amp. I have a 7-2-4 setup but put them on 2-channel for music and that’s when they really kick ass. Deep, clean bass and sharp highs like I haven’t heard in years (I’m 75).From Johnny Cash to The Doors to even Mr. Acker Bilk, the musicality is incredible. As for classical, the separate instruments are definitive.I had a pair of Klipsch RF7-IIs that kicked ass but these even top those beasts for pure sound. Buy ‘em, crank ‘em up and enjoy ‘em.

Top Drawer Speakers, Excellent!!!
I have been a serious, professional musician my entire life, I am 70. I have had what was the top drawer JBL System JBL L890s ever since I can remember. I had them rebuild once about 15 years ago. They needed to be rebuilt again and I decided to sell them cheaply and go with something current. They were excellent speakers, I could play anything on them at any volume and it would be astounding!!! I started this journey of new speakers by listening to You Tube reviews and went with the Polk R100s. They were massive and heavy. I had to have a friend come over to unpack them and put them up. I had them for a month and they never stop failing. They just couldn't handle the music. I thought at first it was the amplifier, so I got another, and another, and another. Same thing with each amplifier. I went to Crutchfield for advice. They advised another amplifier, NAD C389 which I purchased. The Polk 700s still could not handle the music. Constant distortion. I returned the Polk and called Crutchfield for advice on speakers. They sent me the KEF Q950. I love symphonic, pipe organ and choral music. Sometimes it gets loud. The amp was good for the KEF speakers. However, even after a month of listening to music, KEF still could not handle the music, it would go into distortion, and the cross-over system in the KEFs did not sound realistic. I Called Crutchfield back and returned the KEFs and asked for advice for better speakers. They put me on to Martin Logan. The new Martin Logans that I could afford contained little 6" speakers. I knew that would not work. That is when I went searching and found these Martin Logans X60s. I researched them thoroughly and they looked like what I needed. These are a discontinued design, and if I am correct in my memory, they originally sold for around $2800 each. I saw this price of $1200 each and decided to take the plunge. They are excellent!!! The sound is clean, crystal clear clean. The bass is precise, full and balanced exactly. I have been breaking them in now for about 4 weeks and already they are playing my music precisely and as clean as I have ever heard from a speaker. My system is stereo, 2 channel, and I even use it for TV shows and movies, and can understand every word as though they were right in the room. Unless you are looking at spending $5-6,000 or more, these are your speakers. Don't hesitate, take the plunge, buy them and enjoy your listening.

A True Audiophile Bargain
This is the third generation of the Motion Series speakers from Martin Logan. The fourth gen is now out. They have made several changes to the new model, but I doubt that the sound could be much improved. The 60 XTI speakers are excellent. They replaced a pair of speakers in my listening room that cost 5000.00/pair. From top to bottom, these speakers are clear, vivid, and immersive. They are true audiophile speakers at an almost unbelievable price. Take it from someone who has been into high end sound for over 40 years.

Incredible
I've heard some really incredible speakers before but these take the cake. The sound is so clean and crisp. So if you have an amplifier with at least 150 watts, more is even better, your in for a true musical experience. With the reduced price to almost half the original cost it's truly a rare bargain.

Great speakers
I was waiting for these speakers to drop in price and audio advisor did it. I’m just breaking them in now but they look and sound great! Audio advisor shipped them immediately and with care. And when I reached out for tracking information they got right back to me. I will definitely do business with them again.

Just do it
I had been eyeballing the older ML 60xt’s for a few years to replace my Motion 10’s I bought in 2011. I absolutely love the 10’s and they are just as good now as they were 10 years ago. But I always went to the Magnolia store at Best Buy to listen to these and just blow me away. Just when I was going to pull the pin on the XT’s last year they get discontinued and replaced with the xti’s which are 1800 more for the pair. Ugh. I finally got the spouse to give her blessing for my birthday. I relegated the 10’s to my 2.1 Phono setup and use these on the primary. These things are gorgeous and just as incredible as I had hoped on my listening environment paired with my Marantz receiver. Currently setup is a 5.1.2 but will expand later.

Don’t miss an opportunity…
I am writing this review while the speakers are on sale for $999 each. If you want amazing, sounding speakers at a fraction of the price, you should jump on this deal. The speakers have the latest generation MartinLogan tweeter and can fill a larger room with amazing crisp audio. Can you get something better? Sure I bet you can, but not at this price. And I doubt he will be able to tell the difference between what you get and these. So don’t miss the opportunity, because the model that replaces them costs 2 1/2 times more, and I doubt you’ll be able to tell the difference.
