Local Anesthesia for Dental Professionals 1st Edition

One of the authors is a dental hygienist which eases the reading for fellow dental hygienists. Beware though that your training instructor will be more precise and not lump some catagories together...classifications of injections. Also beware that Maximum Recommended Dose Charts in text books are not as exact as the manufacturer recommends...always use the manufacturer's MRD for your calculations. I also purchased Malamed's Handbook of Local AnesthesiaHandbook of Local Anesthesia: Text with Malamed's Local Anesthesia Administration DVD Package

Great book which helped me pass my boards

Usable reference and guide to adjunctive anesthesia. Refreshes techniques and reviews reasons for of inadequate or lack of profound anesthesia to improve patient comfort.,

This book is written in a very user friendly way. The descriptions are clear and concise. Much better than other text books on Local Anesthesia that I have used. I would say this is targeted toward the Dental Hygienist and the role as such in the dental office. Would highly recommend.

I ordered this book at about 2:00PM and received it the next day around 5:30 PM. I was super amazed at how fast I received my item! It is in great condition and I got it in plenty of time to use for my course.

I have been doing anesthetics for over 50 years. Time for review and checking for things that I haven't been doing. Great review and updating.
