good and sturdy. using it for moving heavy items like furniture and gate. swivel is also good. it will be better if wheels have a slight rubber coating otherwise it doesnt move well on smooth surfaces.

There should be an option to buy wheel mounted lifting rod to lift heavy bead and put wheels underneath
