Difference between Quantum and Power types
Quantum pack is not good for quick wash like turbo mode. Detergent doesn't wash off entirely. Choose the modes which are of at least 2 hours duration. For short duration modes the Power pack with rectangular shape tablets is a good option. I've used both therefore this is my overall observation.

This one is substandard; don’t know why?
The tablets are regrettably substandard. The expiry date is Nov 2026 and so it is not understood why the plastic covering is not dissolving during running of the machine. Photo image uploaded. We have been using Finish Ultimate earlier and there was no issue at all. Kindly escalate with the dealer and arrange a refund. All tablets have been saved including the used non-dissolved ones.
