Nokia Stereo Headset WH-102 WH102 3.5mm AV Connector [Sealed Nokia Retail Packaging]

After my "higher end" WH701 inexplicably failed within a few months, I bought this. So far, so good, though it has only been a few weeks. It works fine; sound quality is quite good enough, though I suppose the WH701 is better. The cord on this WH102 does tangle more easily; the WH701 has a wide, flattened cord that resists tangling. This does not. I suppose the WH701 is better for listening to music, as it has multiple buttons on the cord bump that seem to be about skipping forward and back through MP3s or something. I didn't use them, so I don't know about that. This WH102 has only one button; haven't used it either. But as long as this one does not fail in a few months, it is overall better, despite the luxury features of the fancier one.

These headsets are COMPATIBLE with my Nokia E63 phone - big PLUS. These are the original headset that came in the box of my Nokia E63 phone. The sound quality won't wow you but given this is the 4th pair I ordered before I found a compatible pair, I'm very pleased. The other 3 pair claimed to be compatible but when I connected them to my phone, I'd get the dreaded message 'device not supported'.One unexpected drawback - the cushion for the earpieces were not included like they were with the original headset.

I had previously bought the Nokia Headset WH-701, but after a few months the clasp broke. I bough this one to replace it. The earpieces are rather uncomfortable, certainly the WH-701 were a better fit and much better sound quality. However, these have not broken. I will take a lesser product that works over a better one that fails, anytime.

The  Nokia Nuron 5230  comes with this same earbud headset, only white. I used them daily for nearly two years, sending it through the wash twice, and it still worked. When it finally died, I went through six different headsets (three of which I got from the T-Mobile store), and none of them worked with my Nokia Nuron until I bought this one.The sound is about what you would expect from a pair of earbuds. The button works fine. Not much else to say other than it seems to be fairly well constructed.

This is my second one. It is a little thinner that the original one I got with the phone so I have to be very careful not to let it tear. It works perfect with my nokia phone.

Lost my headset which came with my Nokia phone and bought this to replace it. Very good quality and exceptional value for money. Love it.

Most headphones are running $20.00 and up. These are perfect for my Nokia 5230. They have excellent quality and durability. I also bought these headphones for my chinese phone model 820. They work perfectly for both phones!!!
