Exactly what I needed!
I had to order this just for the grounding strap while converting my 4 prong dryer to a 3 prong cord. Like other reviews have mentioned, I couldn't find it by itself anywhere else either and I have no idea why it isn't sold separately. Regardless, this did the trick.
