Very comfortable
I use this every night when I go to bed. I tend to have fluid buildup in my lower legs and ankles and the elevation angle is perfect to reduce swelling. Material cover is very soft and wedge itself is very supportive.

Read the reviews. Happy I chose this. Height, size, weight, support, comfort and quality are perfect. The price is fair. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and Useful
Excellent cushion, very comfortable, gets legs above heart. Memory foam goes back to normal shape after use. Nice washable cover with soft material.

Worked well!
Opening the box, the pillow was vacuum packed but as soon as I cut open the bag, it immediately fluffed out and I was surprised at how firm and strong, yet soft it is. My friend who had foot surgery recommended this pillow for my own foot surgery. One of the reasons for the 4 stars is that lying with my foot on it, it wasn't comfortable enought on its own because of the way that it is elevated to support my knee. For me and the huge boot I had to wear, it was uncomfortable until I put a pillow on top of the elevation pillow to support my knee. After that, it was perfect. It helped immensely to releave the stress and swelling I had incurred after surgery. And since I had to sleep on my back as there was no way to lay sideways with my boot, I really thought it would was going to be a long three weeks (I'm a side/stomache sleeper). But the weeks flew by and I slept probably better than I had in a long time.Since I no longer need it for my foot, I have been using it as a pillow to elevate my head at night and I am able to sleep on my side and my stomache with it quite comfortably. I used to use 3-4 pillows for elevation but always wound up sinking down, or losing a pillow to the floor. Now I just use one pillow with the elevation pillow and it is so much more comfortable for me to sleep. And it is much more comfortable to use if I need to sit up for whatever reason, as well. Another slight negative, but not a deal breaker, is that it is not easy to carry up/downstairs. I would've liked some kind of handle or to have a bag with a handle to carry it up/downstairs.

Exactly what it was made for
I thought this for someone who broke their ankle. The height and shape were perfect for elevating the leg to prevent putting any pressure on the injury location. It didn't take long to set up.

This pillow does the trick if you have edema.
This pillow has been a lifesaver. Highly recommend for someone that has had surgery on their leg and needs to keep it elevated or even just if you struggle with edema. Super comfortable to use.

-UPDATED x2- One of the best tools I've bought for hEDS pain/joint instability
My chronic illness symptoms make it very difficult to get comfortable without hyperextension, loose feeling joints, worsened pain, etc. I did a looooot of research on orthopedics wedge pillows and I'm glad I gave this one a shot.I love how soft the covering is, it's great for tactile sensory needs. Spot cleaning is easy and the cover is machine washable. Using a rolling or electrostatic lint device is a great way to pick up some fur and debris in between washings.I can't say this is going to make a big difference in my varicose vein as written in one of the product's images, but my legs do feel better with compression socks and using this pillow. For me, the support it provides my knees, ankles, and hips without having to entwine my limbs for tension is a huge source of comfort.I've tried the pillow as pictured with the slope towards me, but I find it more comfortable using the taller side closer towards my body to help with SI/hip instability. This pillow honestly makes a huge difference for me and I think it's worth a try!Update: 5/5 to 4/5. I still use this daily and it provides relief, but oof, the zipper in my cover is bad. I already struggle with dexterity and pain from using my hands, and the tiny zipper is tough to hold onto. The length of the zipper keeps separating as well, no matter how much patience I use to try and get the teeth to stay together when putting the cleaned cover back on. It's already a bit tough to put on due to the shape of the pillow, but huge gaps of foam keep getting exposed since the zipper is busted. Very, very frustrating.Update 2: 4/5 to 3/5. While the cover washes up well and retains softness, the tiny broken zipper makes it impossible for me to fully encase the pillow.
