What's the shipping weight and dimension of the Split King and 12 inch mattresses?  How many boxes?

Hi!  Thanks for your interest in our products.

The mattress size for the 12" split king is actually two Twin XL mattress which are placed together.  This allows for each mattress to be adjusted separately.  The dimensions for the 12" Hybrid Twin XL Mattress is:  19" x 19" x 40", and is 75.2 lbs.  You will receive two Twin XL mattress boxes, and these dimensions are per box.

The bed base size for the split king is also two Twin XL bed bases, which are placed together, allowing each adjustable bed base the capabilities to adjust each mattress separately.  The dimensions for the Twin XL bed base is:  42.12" (L) x 39.75" (W) x 8.27" (H), and is 132 lbs.  You will receive two Twin XL Bed base boxes, and these dimensions are per box.

You will receive a total of 4 packages with this order.

Is there a way to get help with set up and old haul off?

We do not offer in house set up or haul off but are here to provide any additional set up assistance you need via email or phone. Please reach out to us at: online@lucidmattress.com if you have any issues setting up your new bed. It is intended to be simple to put together and is easiest when you have a helper to assist with lifting it as it is quite heavy.

What kind of bed frame does this bed fit into? We have regular, full size bed frame.
