Looks good works well , but is a vanity purchase i like to change watch every few days without need to reset. If you are happy reset this is not necessary a purchase you are happy to reset as required. Does not necessarily improve watch reliability.

Excellent response to problem
The product is good and the motors very silent - but after 4 months they developed an intermittent squeak which was annoying. I raised this with Sepano who immediately offered a couple of alternative solutions, and so the problem was resolved in 3 days. I couldn't have hoped for a better response and will readily buy from this seller again.

One of the two rotators has stopped working so unit is useless . How do I get a replacement or my money back

poor packaging and poor craftmanship
the plastic cover that is supposed to protect the perspex viewing panel has actually made permanent markings that spoil the screen and cannot be removed. there are bad scratches on the gloss wood the controls do not line up with the positions. hopefully the mechanism, which is quiet, stays working for a long time.
