Great soup base NO MSG!
Awesome soup base, we use it for ramen, sprinkle it over our seafood then bake, used it to simmer/braised with Daikon dish (Daikon no nimono). Not salty at all, it is very subtle so I would suggest starting out with 3/4 cup of water then adjust with more water, it could taste diluted.
