Cdr. Philip Eric Cressey, Royal Navy as a member of the order, signed by Queen Elizabeth II. to the top right corner in blue ink "Elizabeth R" and by H.R.H. PrincePhilip Duke of Edinburgh at the foot of the document in black ink "Philip", mounted and framed under glass to an overall size of 16,25 x 18,75 inch, with very mild signs of wear - in nearly very fine condition.
