Exactly as described for better or worse. I could smell it before I opened the box. The bottle was wrapped with tape around the lid, and the bottle itself was inside another plastic container which was inside a bag. I made sure I had a clean area set up with plastic and paper towels. I wore grease monkey disposable mechanics gloves. I made sure not a drop leaked or contaminated the area, and it still took hours for the smell to dissipate. Wear gloves and work on a garbage bag with a layer of paper towels. Not a complaint at all, but here's a word of caution: the bottle leaked and the tape was gooey. Probably because it's extremely potent. I

Purchased in April of 2021 to use in a long-abandoned house to stop squatters and illegal activities. The house was finally torn down in March of 2022 and the smell was still there. As the slow court process for demolition proceeded, nobody tried moving into the building for 11 months after using the skunk essence. They broke in, but nobody tried to stay. Will order again if needed for a problem property, but not until needed. In the short time between delivery and use it had to be kept outside away from our house as it is strong enough that even with the sealed, multiple layer packaging, the smell was noticeable. As a side note, when the house was torn down, the demo crew saw no feral cats or rats which had infested the house before the skunk spray was used. It was $19.00 very well spent.

Well sealed bottle and you can still smell it, soooo it works great!!!! Definitely pure!! Highly recommend.

Awesome. Super stinky for pranks

This stuff is the real deal!! I would've given it 5 stars, however the seal on the cap leaks. The Amazon box stank my house up even though the bottle was in a metal tin AND a plastic zip lock bag. What a mess. Do not get this on your hands, it's almost impossible to wash off.

Not very potent. It advertises as being able to be used outside and keeping unwanted persons away. The smell isn't very strong. I can sit with the bottle open next to me indoors (which had dripped out into one of the two bags it's in, so it was a lot of exposure) and feel okay. The smell is unpleasant, but not at all repulsive or would require me to walk away. I also can hardly smell it a week later if longevity is important to you. It also advertises that hunters should cover their hands with it to cover their scent, so you can imagine it can't smell that bad. Maybe it works for hunting, but it shouldn't be advertised for "stop unwanted loitering or vandalism around your home or business". Especially since the type of people who tend to loiter tend to not have bathed or have high hygiene standards. Might be good as a "harmless prank" on someone.

Smells for what it needs to but can leak and your stuck smelling that way

Cap was sealed. Bottle was in a tin can. Tin can was in a plastique bag. Plastic bag was in the amazon wrapping bag. Still...the skunk jus leaked beleive it or not. Just for the smell 10 out 10. Leaking bottle 0 out of 10. First day. Emptied the whole bottle in one spot. The smell was intense 👌. The next day, the smell diminished a bit. 3rd day it rained and reactived the smell 😆

My hunting dog's farts do a better job of masking my scent!!
