Bluetooth Speaker

The speaker works as advertised, providing excellent sound quality. I utilize the speaker and microphone primarily as an external unit in conjunction with my iPod touch. However, the advertised iOS on-screen battery indicator does not appear on my iPod touch; also, there was no serial number provided in the location indicated on the back of the speaker case. I contacted Adesso Technical Support three days ago and have yet to receive a reply. Should I have a technical issue in the future, I am concerned about the non-response to this point in time.

So so speaker

Bought two of these speakers to use with laptop computers. I didn't realize that they only work via bluetooth. Other speakers I purchased in the past had a usb patch cord that allowed you to connect the speakers directly to devices that are not bluetooth enabled. These speakers do not have that capability. That means you can only connect to bluetooth enabled devices. I was also not overly impressed with the ease of operation. It took me quite a while to figure out how to pair and then connect one of the speakers to my android phone. The sound is of below average quality and distorted at medium to high volume.
