Not good
Wanted this product to maintain a cool temperature for insulin. Tried it out at home before using it to travel in the car for more than 4 hours. Did not keep the insulin cool enough for use!

Disappointed
I bought this as a gift for my partner and initially we were pleased with it but after only a few weeks it started fraying at the seam and now no longer can be used. Very disappointed. I have tried to find an email to contact the seller with no luck (despite ordering via prime?)
